I said this earlier .... If I had a life threatening allergy or condition I would surely not rely on a waitress to tell me the food is fine. She should have been doubly sure and even then extra careful.. Placing your life at the mercy of a restaurant and/or waiter when you know there's a fair amount of risk involve in any food consumption is foolish. as a customer entering the restaurant, you are to a certain extent responsible for your own personal safety and well being, and that may include not availing one's self to possible reaction from chosen menu items. I cast serious doubt over this lawsuit having any success ...... and also the defendant especially in Thailand, they may counter-sue for defamation. but lets see ..... very sad anyway.

Two wrongs happened here .... the doctor lady trespassing ... and the Swiss guy assaults the trespasser. Now, in a proper court of law the Swiss guy would be fined and jailed for the assault as he took the law into his own hands by the attack on the doctor. But in Thailand, the proper law and judicial system means absolutely nothing, so anyone's guess what a judge would rule.

Well Scottiejohn, I don't know much about Macron but I do know they had to do something as you can't just continue with no plan in sight .... it's just ridiculous to pour bilions and billions into a war without a strategy for a successful outcome.

Obviously any War is a terrible tragic event, with many innocent lives being taken mercilessly. But sometimes one has to fight fire with fire and as it was going now, there was no game plan, just pour money and ammo into Ukraine without and objective or solution to end the war. At least now they seem to have realized they need to do something and do it quickly or Europe is in big trouble.

This is the best news I've heard in 2 years since Russia invaded Ukraine illegally, killing thousands of civilians and shooting POW's in the head... Go in and slaughter Russia .... go after Putin and destroy his palaces. Destroy everything Russian. And if Putin or Lavrov or the other puppet try to use the Nuclear tactic, tell them you'll blow Moscow of the face of the earth with a Nuclear and an Atom at the same time.
