don't be surprised if these three culprits end up back in their home country after pay a few million baht each .... TIT and that's how it works here. don't quote me on this but I think you can either pay by installments or yearly, I don't think you have to put up $90,000 to get onboard, and I'm sure they wouldn't structure it that way either, folks don't like parting with 90k before services are given. How did that honest agreement work out for Ukraine ?? I expect Zelenskey wouldn't trust one work from any of their dishonest mouths. Europe is using Ukraine as a block to stop Russia advancing further west .... let Russia have Ukraine ! then see if NATO and the other sit back and watch ...... probably start shaking in their boots.
