you learn something new everyday ..... The 8 watt fan I have near my desk sparked and stopped. I pulled it to pieces and found broken wire in the center plastic shaft cause by the electric cable turning inside and eventually snapped a wire. I rejoined the wire and glued ( my thai friend borrowed my soldering iron, it's gone. ) it back and covered/protected it in clear tube and epoxy inside. Anyway, there is a spring mechanism at the back of the plastic shaft which assists to start the fan, as there is no capacitor I guess this is required to get the fan to turn at the start. I'm trying to figure a way to start the fan without using the mechanism provided as it doesn't seem to work so good because the cable turns inside sometimes and eventually twists causing a break. I will try a spring at the front ... hidden behind the covers of course, I just need to get the right elastic or spring fixed in place so it turns under stress then spring back and away she goes. I'm no electrical guy obviously .... Lol

if she's been lying about where she's been going for the past 5 years then chances are it's to see her husband. I realize you won't like to hear that or even accept that but your not the first and you certainly won't be the last that it happens to. From a logical point of view, wouldn't the 5yrs of lying be sufficient to convince you to leave immediately .... I mean what's to gain by knowing what or who she's been seeing? that'll only make you more angry and it won't end well, Thais carry weapons everywhere they go so i'd think seriously about going to a village where you know absolutely no one and nothing about what goes on there. Chances are they are all related in some way so it can be dangerous. just saying .....

i was thinking exactly the same, it's cheap to build a 42sqm block building here. To move it may cost alot more.

kuma, I'm not an engineer by no means, but as a construction guy in towers, the first thing I thought when I seen your crane is that it won't be able to re-locate a concrete block building, just saying what i think, and as sirineou has mentioned .... to me it just doesn't look heavy enough ..... IMHO.

i'm not sure , maybe your correct ... they don't smell so good I know that, perhaps just use a few in the cupboards and spray with Chaindrite along the skirting floor boards and corners also.

buy some 20 baht moth balls and just put them behind cupboards, in closets, on drains and anywhere else cockroaches might hang out, I started using them a few days ago and haven't seen any since ... but they smell strong so don't over use them in the kitchen or bedroom, just sparingly where they hang out.

her anger and outbursts may be a result of her debts, maybe she's being hounded, pressured by loan sharks, does she own thousands? hundreds of thousands? we don't know. Go to the local Amphor with her but I think you need someone to witness the divorce signing, at least that way your divorce is legal and you didn't have to pay a lawyer, ( but others may know if that's ok or not ) Then I would have her agree that you would like to take your son and start a new life elsewhere ... if she doesn't agree tell her you can do it the easy way or you'll go through the court and have her removed as a guardian. Then leave and get as far from her as possible .... with no contact.
