they are in a service industry .... oh sorry ' they only care about the thai market, they're not open for tourists to have a coffee. Well that business model worked well for them ... they're out of business now.

why should I ? they have a business that farang go for coffee .... not every tourist will speak Thai. They are in a service industry, they should speak english . imo otherwise fail .... which is what happened.

well , some like warm coffee .... I've always had hot coffee .... when i say hot, i mean just hot, not burning and not warm.

Mac , it's not just getting a warm coffee when the menu clearly states ' hot latte ' it's also the attitude of staff, it's also that they can't speak english, it's also about being polite and warm to customers. No wonder they are out ... imo

Just see another well known Thai brand coffee shop packing all there gear into a pick up not far from my expensive hotel. I had coffee there a couple of times , however I stopped going there because they treat farang like crap .... there's no smile, no thank you, no is there anything else I can get you, I ordered hot latte and it came out warm .... just warm .... when I tried to explain to the silly girl she just gave me that stupid Thai ' I'm Thai and I don't care attitude " haha ...Well, I'm glad another went bust, because they haven't got a clue about customer service or how to run a business ....

and tell them why the crack down .... tell them if they integrate and stop violence then friendship will ensure. Tell them they are idiots to keep the violence continiously going ...
