Legally, I think you'll find the estate management, community area management group or whoever looks after the parks, grass, common areas, has no right or permission to enter or touch an abandon dwelling, it's nothing to do with them ..... it's solely between the bank and the mortgagor. It's either owned by a bank or whoever is on the title. If the bank has repossessed the dwelling due to a failed mortgage it will simply advertise the place and try to sell it which can take years. The banks have hundreds of abandon houses on their books and some don't get sold for 10-20 years.

well, I have to admit sacrilege ..... yesterday at Ekkamai i ventured into KFC to try a Zinger burger combo for lunch. What a mistake ! The combo meal was awful ! it wasn't even a zinger burger taste, just bland, small horrible piece of fried chicken on tasteless bun, tiny lettuce that would fit on a spoon, and a slop of mayonnaise. YUK !! Fries that were like eating cardboard, and to look at their quality you would say they look like they'd been sitting out for a week as some had a white powder tinge, just as old fries would look. And the 7up drink, well sweet machine drink that is not really 7up or sprite ... yuk! never again I don't think. disgusting combo meal ....... imo

Tasmania, Malaysia, Vietnam. ( in any order ) Tasmania- very cool moderate temperature, has picturesque scenery, mountains, fishing, canoeing and lots to do. Malaysia- friendly people, slightly moderate, plenty of greenery and beaches. Vietnam- cost of living is reasonable, very open culture, some nice beaches and mountainous regions.
