obviously the price will vary dependant on the hi-ab ( Crane-hoist, truck size ) size which depends on what being lifted, and the distance. But someone on here knows the answer to everything it seems .....

I would try to get a 12 month lease re-newable .... try to get a deal for 8-10k / mth . After 2 years you've only spent 240k ... and you don't have to service, insure etc .... You certainly won't get a flash big Fortuner for 10k/m but look around and bargain then down in that yo want it for two years .... and see what they can offer, that's what I would do.

why do you infer it's a prison ? it's not .... you can do as you please, go in and out whenever ! it's safe and you have services such as parks and sometimes a pool, shops near, no dogs crap_ing everywhere, how do you call that a prison ? your thinking is strange ... imo

I think your post makes alot of sense. If I was looking to buy / build here again I would surely look at a gated place .... security is one of the most important things imo, and plus you get no soi dogs, noise can be controlled some ....... the only issue with a gated is they all seem pretty close together, not much space as they are wall to wall or fence to fence, so really you sacrifce a yard, lawn, trees, garden for security and services and no soi dogs. Also, I said earier, you can pack up and go away for a week, a month, and still come back to your place in tacked ... you can't do that with a built outside house.

I think a gated community is good for security and peace of mind knowing you can go away on holidays or whatever and come back hopefully as you left it. Whereas you could not do that in a stand alone house, especially out in the stcks somewhere, if you leave it unattended for more than two days you run the risk of returning to nothing, that's the truth here. But a house outside the village has it's positives, as you can have a lawn, garden, fruit trees etc .... which is not possible in a gated-community.

Lets focus on the question and not the type of computer to use. A Laptop is good for some people who want the convenience of having something high spec but portable. A mini or micro PC is good for someone who doesn't want a large conventional PC but still have performance and takes up less space. I am suited with an AIO because it doesn't take up alot of space, there's no bulk PC box and it's performs adequate for my daily needs.

A Laptop is fine as it's portable and practicle if I had a need to take it anywhere, however, I just ordered a tablet which I'm waiting for and that will be suffice to carry/take anywhere , also I have done my years of using a laptop everywhere and I'm over that now, I like to sit at my AIO and type away, 18.5" screen is perfect size, check websites, stock market, news, store photos, etc ..... which is fine for what I need daily. Adding an external HDD will be the most convenient and best way to go. imo

absolutely correct ...... the issue is that I have run out of C/: space .... and therefore virtual memory . By adding an external HDD , then transfer all my non-system folders, videos, photos etc over to that external I then free up 40% or whatever of the AIO 57GB .... so I gain memory, C/: space , and hopefully slightly faster operation.

just go get bar girl for today and worry about the gf tomorrow
