    oh dear Georgealbert, this is very very sad news and a tragic accident. Granny made it to 84 and the damn neighbor got in the way. The grandson who is 25yrs old was crying by her side in grief .... it makes me sad. RIP granny.

    If memory serves me correct, those capsule machine's are about 4,500 for the Gusto I think. So how much are the capsules and each capsule makes 1 coffee .... ? The taste is probably more like a premium instant unlike a ground coffee ...

    Absolutely correct, hundreds of stories about Thai friends stealing and cheating from each other. I have always said that Thailand poisons foreigners through it's dishonestly and killing.

    He attempted to resolve the issue with a silly comment .... he's not a manager because a manager would not have done it the way he did. It's not the 20 baht or toothbrush ..... it's how he mis-handled it that's questionable. Now you understand..

    again, it's got nothing to do with the item or the price, it's the principle and the way a manager in his position shouldn't handle such a situation. very unprofessional, and it tells me straight away he is not educated enough to be a manager.
