    as others have stated ... you have to : police report - lost passport embassy - apply for an emergency one collect emergency passport go to airport december 2nd, pay the overstay fine ...

    it's always an electrical fault in the AC or switchbox or a short circuit somewhere, it's never a drunken bum who fell asleep while smoking or someone left the pot on the gas stove too long. Amazing, the electrics here are all waiting to short out ....

    oh dear Georgealbert, as gruesome as it sounds, I am not feeling sad about this story unlike some other sad stories we have to endure. I guess the beer has numbed me a little today so I'm not as sad.

    We can only guess at what really happened as we weren't there. Was he intoxicated and dropped something accidently and it rolled into the drainage area, and he then went to retrieve it ?

    very tragic news for the Teacher and the whole family. I hope the rich cousin, nephew or distant relative hears about his plight and comes to their rescue. Don't ride the bike next time, especially in Thailand.

    and in all my years here, I don't ever remember a fight between Thai and Farang one-on-one .... it just doesn't happen with Thais. They are like a pack of low wolves ...

    I had the same problem years ago ... I went to the doctor and he scribbled out a prescription and said ' go get suppository pills ' take 1 morning and night before sleep ..... anyway, after a week I went back and told the doc ' ....... those pills you gave me were useless !! for all the good they did I might as well shoved them up my a_se

    oh dear Georgealbert, very sad news, I'm a farmer so I know you have to be a bit careful when driving a tractor, a similar accident almost occurred with me years ago when I was spraying blackberries on the farm on a hillside slope, anyway ...the trailer lost balance and tipped over and the tractor I was driving also started to go over, I managed to steer it up hill quickly at the last minute and averted a roll-over. rip farmer
