It's 15 1/2" ... no cage as you can stop it with your hand as it's only a 9 watt motor. not rechargeable as it's plug direct 220v. It's a desk fan that I use 1m away when i'm on the PC, and 2m at sleep. It's a medium breeze I would say. Just now ......... I just checked, and it's at 262 baht now, I paid 157 baht. I don't think I'd pay 262 baht for it though.

Kenny ... this is my 9 Watt 16" fan .... it's no noise, cost 1.5 baht a day to run, 160 baht on Shopee. I run it 24/7 ...... best fan I ever bought ... the cheapest anyway.

Kenny, I use a 9 watt fan near my desk and it does the job. Costs nothing to run and was only 160 baht. Low-medium speed, even ok for sleeping 2m away. I run it 24/7 ....

sorry to hear about your friend taking the lift to the top floor. Ultimately, his US family should have the headache and responsibility to arrange a funeral. I realize he was your good friend, but do you really need all the stress and issues with paperwork and authorities here ... let family have that horror, not you. imo refer them to Amarinternational .... and that's it. just have a beer for him, he'll like that.
