1. I'm pretty sure when taking an order the waitress can take an order for ONE drink each with it.
2. Set a time of say 45 minutes per person/family - can write a time to leave by on the order ticket they give you.
It's not brain surgery
You really think they would do that in a country where money is king they are only open for one thing money and they will not turn it away
last drink ban i see 1 restaurant using tea pots and cups on the table selling beer and know this for a fact because i used this restaurant till i see that happening

So how are you going to make sure it only 1 beer or wine
I see many bars that now sell food (they buy from the local restaurant) that not sell before with the same customers sitting the all night do you think they only have 1 beer

Lunacy. Serving 1 beer or glass of wine with a meal is unlikely to improve your chances of catching covid as if you had a coke.
But people are using restaurants like a bar

getting way too close for comfort for me. i now know multiple people who either have it, are in isolation or sick and awaiting results. multiple positive kids at my son's school as well (hua hin)
this outbreak is much bigger than before
local hospitals are either refusing to test or trying to get people to pay with many refusing to do so. no beds anyway. one of the kids from school sent home positive and whole family been sick for days.
i suppose at least they are at home, which is good for them but its obvious the system is creaking already with only a few hundred cases.
Can you say what school

What is your PSA now I think that you have to trust your doctor if you are not happy with him go for a second opinion
It seems like doctors here not worry until your PSA goes over 0.20 where as in the USA they worry over .0.10

There is a big difference in age while they are young but as they get older it does not make that much difference. If he cleaver he will make up the difference as he gets older
I had the same thoughts with my son but now he 12 years old he is in the top group in his year

is that the clause , long down page 6, that says " No claims of yours will be accepted until we wear you down to ashes after you have made your 35th phone call ?"
Never had a trouble with a claim but on small claims never had to pay any hospital bill

great post. the things in life that i think are fair I have no problem paying for. I have had car insurance for 15 years (at least) .... and I am now paying HALF of what the policy originally charged ! True. I never cringe when the yearly bill comes, and certainly won't regret if I never need to use it. The company wins. And I feel like they have rewarded me for not having claims.
Now health insurance ! Well, i think i have let my feeling be known quite well. Its an ever increasing, non negotiable premium that i refuse to take part in.
Some health insurance do give no claims bonus

I have a 40000 baht deductible which saved me 45000 baht on the premium which saves me money both ways

Just on a side note I was advised to do Kegel exercise before I had my operation. Since then I have been told it can help against ED

If it's prostate removal that you need, then it can be done in Thailand, but you really need to seek out hospitals which use the "Da Vinci" robotic assisted machine as it is far better than the old-fashioned surgical method which often involved incontinence, loss of libido and so on, due to the nerve damage.
The Da Vinci machine is a precision instrument which should alleviate all of those problems, and is usually done through keyhole surgery.
Prostate Cancer Robotic Assisted Surgery - Da Vinci Surgery
www.davincisurgery.com"Robotic assisted prostatectomy is a minimally invasive surgical option for prostate cancer. Talk to your doctor to see if a da Vinci surgical technology is right for you".
It is the doctor you need to be sure of not the method, open surgeries have some advantages the doctor as In my case can feel for other problems like in my case of hard nerves on one side and some hard limp nodes all was removed
Just out of interest I am still continent and no ED

To stop the production of Testosterone, the "PC fertiliser". Alternative to hormone therapy with identical side effects.
I am on active surveillance with Dr. Danaiphand at Bumrungrad, but also followed by a local urologist in Buriram. If I get to stage where I need radical treatment I will look at Singapore or Europe. The reason being that when I read the rare papers authored by Thai doctors there is very little focus on preserving the urinary and sexual functions.
Have you asked your doctor what percentages there are on preserving the urinary and sexual functions.
When I had my operation 12 years ago I was quoted ED of 50% and 90% good urinary function lucky for me I ended up with both functions being ok

OP, if you are using transferwise, its not you doing an international transfer , its transferwise. The money will arrive in your account as a local Thai bank to Thai bank transfer. Transferwise are doing the international transfer. You do a local transfer in home country and receive a local transfer in Thailand.
All international transfers need to be accounted for, there is usually a "reason" added to the transfer, (investment, salary, purchase etc) its a requirement of all central banks, the reason is put there by you, or the bank, or the private transfer company. There is never a question of where the funds came from, the transfer shows where it came from, account 1234 country XYZ.
Unless you are part of an ongoing Interpol investigation into international gun smuggling, nobody is asking how you made the money, where the money came from etc.
Literally 1,000s of people transfer similar amounts of money everyday, for condos, cars, visa's etc.
I have notice with Transferwise for small amounts 2000 Sterling or less the transfer is normally imedate but for larger amounts it can take much longer I do not know why, also the fee is not less because of how much you send

I would guess this would be true but if a fathers name is on the Birth Certificate it might prove more difficult. I have sole custody over my son and I did not have to have the mother present when I got his Passport
If not married when her child is born she has sole custody over her child that is Thai law, if married after that may make a difference

Minor flunctuations in creatnine, even from hour to hour, are normal and don't mean much. In addition,
your initial creatnine was still within what is usually considered normal range, though at its upper end.
For an adult man normal creatnine range is 0.9 to 1.3 mg/dL for adult males
Your BUN is already well within normal range and was from the start.
Most likely you have never had a kidney issue..
Where have these labs been done? Accuracy of the lab needs to be considered and also whether the hospital/lab is using a reasonable reference range. It is not unknown for Thai private hospitals to use unnecessarily low cut offs.
The most important things to prevent future kidney disease ( as mentioned there is no indication you currently have or had a kidney problem) are:
1- maintaining a normal blood pressure
2 - avoiding or controlling diabetes
3- minimizing use of medications that are pitentially toxic to the kidneys such as NSAIDs (iboprofen etc) and paracetemol. That doesn't mean never ever take them, but do not take often or in high doses.
Diet can play a role in #1 and #2.
Thank you for your help both test were carried out at the same hospital
I have stopped using a lot of NSAIDS and paracetemol I now use Tylenol and will carry on the same diet I am on now

No it does not know the difference but it affects the people that go for a meal and respect the rules
Most people that go for a meal only use 1 restaurant a night but many that drink will go to a few bars or restaurants' in the same night so helping the spread of this virus
