Natural progression I suppose after supplying Railways , submarines and bat-disease ..
Ha ha!
I'd have thought the natural progression would be high-pressure selling: Order more Sinovac or we'll unleash faulty days and faulty nights worth of rain.

Look at the difference this year, more serious strain of the virus, yet millions were allowed to travel anywhere/ everywhere, absolute lunacy.
Near here 1 person came home for songkran, now almost 10 members of the family got covid, and family members were out and about in their village.
Yeah, didn't I read yesterday that a family member from Bangkok came north 'home' for Songkran and infected 23 members of the extended family.

They need a qualified doctor and health care administrator like Dr Suphat Hasuwankit chief of the Rural Doctor Society who just excoriated the Prayut government. There is a doctor who may actually change the course of events during Thailand's own Covid epidemic.Unfortunately Dr Suphat Hasuwankit although being ideal for his medical knowledge, wouldn't be suitable - he seems interested in the patients and not money or bigging himself up.

it makes me want to ask:
Witchwhich doctor was it and what happened to him? Hope it wasn't food poisoning.-

Well he does have some knowledge about the export/import of pain killing medicine!
Plus he is very creative. He described his prison term in Australia as 'voluntary community work'.

Like counting the phials of covid vaccine? From the porkies we keep hearing, will probably take him nearly ten minutes.

I and some others seemed to have attributed the quote to Big Nut.
I see a quick search has indeed confirmed it was the lack-of-tourism minister, in February last year:

whether they should be sent to a general hospital, a field hospital or a “hospitel”
Out if interest I wonder where this word “hospitel” originated?
I did a search, only two were linked to Paris, all the others were related to Thailand.

Hey I'm just getting picky now!
After help from UJ and Lopburi3, my Android online application was accepted. With the acknowledgement was immigration's 23-digit reference number. Initially it said I needed to enter it to check my application status.
I did find the documented application saved. I tried to highlight the 23-digit number to paste into the query field. I think it must all be saved as an image?
I found there was another option by entering my passport number, DOB and nationality. Afterwards I saw it also said elsewhere my application was 'pending' too.

Sorry not smart enough to use a smart phone - only calls and SMS on that. I started with a Commodor64 and still not much beyond it.
For someone not smart enough, you certainly came up with a good suggestion. You helped me with with my hard-of-learning issue.

Can you write it in by chance? Not sure which have menu and which you enter.
I had another go, to attampt writing the Tambon in manually.
More time spent... got to District/Tambon, clicked on it just to check. This time it gave me a drop-down list on the first attempt. Weird, but good - I hope!
Successfully completed it and it acknowledged that. I took a screenshot. Then it asked me if I wanted to download the details. I opted to download it.
Any idea where it has saved it? I wasn't asked where to save it, it just did it. Is it in my Android settings somewhere, would you know?

A new password for the application. You need to hit registration first.
Thanks Lopburi3. I was pretty dim to miss the obvious there!
I've still failed the 90 day registration though.
I got the app registered, then went for 90 day:
Laborious, but when I got to entering my address:
Address & soi entered.
Province selected (Udon).
City/Amphur selected.
District/Tambon - it refused to offer a drop-down list to select from. Couldn't get any further.
What words can I use to describe my frustration without being banned?

Not sure why you are having to get a new password. I installed the app yesterday for the first time and had to go through the registration that required confirmation of my email address. Since then I just need to login using my email address and password.
I assume the the what it shows on your phone to open it (enlarged for clarity).
I would do a screenshot of the app pages but it will let me do it.
Sorry for asking a basic question:
When it requests email and password, does this mean the password for your email account, or a new and unique password only to be used for this app?
This is the login screen I get on Android: -

Thank you for your reply. It all sounds painful and restrictive and I hope that you get to your next appointment!
Me?Having fought off malignant Melanoma it was only one year later that I was diagnosed with mature onset Leukemia that leads to incredible fatigue and lethargy...and a weird sort of muscular dystrophy..a sort of "laughing legs" hence my classy mobility scooter..
The mornings are the best time..the situation deteriorates during the day.
No travel insurance for me..so I am vicariously travelling on this thread.????
You seem to have had more than your fair share of 'defecation' or life-changing events as they are often described, yet you make positive posts here on TVF. I have admiration for people who can do that in the face of adversity, I don't know if I could be so strong.
I'm guessing your phrase 'laughing legs' could perhaps be used to describe someone who appears worse the wear for beer?
Take care, and I hope your classical music concert turns out to be 'wheely good' (sorry!) I hope those time-travelling troublemakers Bach and Grieg don't start a fight.

Is that the collective nouns for generals - an army?
Seems reasonable as there are almost more than conscripts. I think it's 1,600 generals, which someone calculated as one general per 200 troops.
Thailand - the hub of generals.

My memory isn't as good as I thought. This is what he said:
“I lived in state-sponsored accommodation.”
“I was sent to take care of some younger detainees. After this work, I would return to sleep in the place the officials had prepared for me.”
