He said he was concerned about situations in Myanmar and was aware that they were challenging regional peace and stability.
An attempt to try and claim 'challenging regional peace and stability'. Almost creative there, but Asean can't say things like that.
It's 'interfering in the internal affairs of a member country' and not allowed, according to Asean's own silly rules.

second chance ? the dog is not even conscious it has killed somebody, don't think of it as an human being , it's a dog, it thinks like a dog
I'm sure a dog-friendly monk will be able to perform a laying-on of hands and explain the situation to the dog.
If not, we might end up with a monk who has donated himself to the canine cause.

Incoherent sentence of the year award. ????
Talking of 'sentence' - I'd give him life without the chance of parole.

Perhaps it should change its name from 'Giant' to '007'. It does seem licensed to kill.

And I don't get how people here can be this low talking trash about ceremony for deceased. It is for a victim, not the dog.
'Hopefully a new owner can control that dog better'
And if not they can always have another funeral.
Perhaps the dog was originally trained by an undertaker.

I'm surprised he didn't go and spray them with antiseptic hand-spray, the same as he does to journalists.

Surely wouldn't that induce a vacuum in the cranium from the lack of blood?

I saw this dated 15 April. I don't know which vaccine J&J produce?
"A federal vaccine advisory committee said Wednesday it wanted more data before deciding whether to resume use of Johnson & Johnson’s coronavirus vaccine, leaving in place a pause that federal officials had recommended because of a rare and severe type of blood clot identified so far among six of the 7.5 million people who received the shot."

The same could be said for MG cars.
Are they ineffective for the over sixties too?

IIRC didn't our illustrious leader have the Sinovac vaccine? I see he didn't suffer a clot.

Why do I think that the guy that turned them in did not like the idea that they would not give him a freebie because he was important.
The only thing that this lady did wrong was to do it in a small northern area. I am sure that there are lots of girls do that in BKK and Pats with no issues.
'because he was important' Perhaps because he was impotent?

I wonder has the Thai press been making a scapegoat of different social groups?
I'm aware of the alleged Hi-So group who have been blamed recently in the nightclub scene mainly in Bangkok.
Have for example teenagers been listed as ignoring the dangers, going out drinking and socialising in groups etc. Or has anyone read say, of groups of older locals who blatantly ignore instructions to wear a face mask and won't 'socially distance'?
