Nowadays the amnesties are to get them into the MOU system. They can get a work permit and their visa will last for 2 years if the employer plays ball. I don't think they have amnesties that just give a pink card to illegal workers.

We also didn't receive them for several years. However, last year all foreign employees suddenly received new social insurance cards valid for 2 years at a time.

No. I live in Bangkok and now work in Pathum Thani. The extension based on work is now being done at Pathum Thani. All I really need to know is if it's correct that Pathum Thani will not accept a screenshot of an online TM30.

Does anyone deal with Pathum Thani immigration office? Because of an office move, our HR is now using them for our extensions. I have a screenshot of an online TM30 (Bangkok) but HR claims this is not accepted at the Pathum Thani office. They want me to get a receipt from an in-person TM30 report, which will mean a time-consuming trip to CW. Does anyone have experience with this office and can confirm that this really is the case?

You can enter using an ATK Covid test result taken within 48 hours of entry. Obviously not self-administered but I'm not sure what would be acceptable - maybe from a hospital?

I went over Friendship Bridge 1 last week. The Thailand Certificate of Covid-19 Vaccination from the hospital was fine. It's in both Thai and English.

Same for me with my last one. But kept trying through the window and got 3 rejections before an approval on the 4th try. Nothing new on the final successful one because there were no tweaks left to make!

My card expired a couple of years ago but recently my employer distributed cards to all foreign employees. They said they've been reissued to foreigners only, with Thais required to use the app / online system.

I'm just on a trip rather than a border hop but I didn't have any problems coming over to Laos. I showed my Thai vaccination certificate no problem. All nationalities now pay $40 for visa on arrival but paying in baht is more expensive. The Thailand Pass for both me and my Lao girlfriend were processed within 30 minutes. I used my Thai social insurance card and vaccination certificate and got the 650 baht insurance for her. We're coming over tomorrow.

I've just done one for a land border crossing and the window is 5 days (valid from today until 12 June). Had the same fast processing.
