I got to Don Muang 30 minutes before my Nok Air flight and they refused to check me in. I did not have luggage to check in. Yes, I was a bit late cause no taxi wanted to take me to the airport. I ended up taking the sky train then continuing to the airport by taxi. It was an afternoon flight. Anyway I forced to buy another ticket on Lion Air that was scheduled to leave about 15 minutes after my original flight on Nok. When I got to the gate for the Lion flight I saw the Nok flight at the opposite gate still waiting to board and they were still waiting board when I boarded the Lion flight. Really pissed me off they made me buy another ticket when I could have easily made the flight.

Thanks guys. I like the new times. I have been checking the embassy website as well. I guess I am going to have to sign up for STEP too if they don't want post the venue and times on their website.

Mine is due on the 29th so I thought I would give it another go.
The site now works and I was able to input all details using Edge!
Unfortunately, I still get the "Report to Immigration" message.
That hasn't changed. I might have to pop over the border sometime.
I had the same problem last week. I went to the 90 day online reporting thread in the Thailand Visa Information section and read back few pages. There was a tip saying not to fill in non-stared fields. I tried that and it worked. It went through and was approved the next day.

I did my first successful online 90 day notification 3 months ago. I am trying to do my another now but I am getting the "contact my local immigration office" message after filling out the first page. Is there something I am forgetting to do? My next report date is Jan. 22 so I'm in the right time frame.
Update: I just read some previous posts and saw the tip about not filling in non-stared fields and that did the trick so now I'm pending. What a piece crap web page they made.

It also follows Mr Nopporn telling The Phuket News last Tuesday (Oct 24) that he would call in jet-ski operators “after the Royal Cremation ceremonies”, after receiving complaints of many jet-skis being parked in public areas.
Don't forget about the taxis and tuk-tuks that park in that same public area at south end ramp.
Like that will ever happen.
And yeah, I agree those wedding pic parades have gotten very annoying.
Someone is getting backhanders. They are not Thais doing that business.

do you need someone to fully explain it for you?
Seems I need to explain it to you, I figured it out I was merely pointing out. Jeez.

I would bet that nearly 100% of suicides using a gun point it at their heads and never in the side. And why where there two shell casings found?

That will not happen at the majority of immigration offices. Very few offices will do a new 90 day report when you apply for an extension.
An extension application is not considered a 90 day report unless it is the first one.
I just checked my passport to make sure I was not mistaken.
I did my extension May 11 it was due June 9. I'm not sure of the exact date they put for me to report when I got the extension but I know that the date I did my next 90 day report was on Aug. 11. I calculate that to be 91 days.
Sorry for the misinformation. I just assumed all the offices did that. This is in Phuket by the way.
Would I be correct in saying that almodeller could apply for his extensiion on Dec. 28-29 rather than doing his 90 day report?
I believe he still has a 1 week grace period after his Dec. 30 report date.

Which office is that?
Never happened to me and I have been on yearly extensions for over 20 years
Phuket office I just assumed it was the same every where.

Thanks gents but the reason I asked was to reduce the number of visits to immigration, I do not like the postal way .the online way is flaky so visits to immigration are really the only way
You have to do your report in Dec.
You have to do your extension in Jan.
When you get your extension they will give you a new 90 day report date from the date of your extention.

Yes, I'm getting a warm fuzzy feeling.

Coincidentally, after 2 years of trying I managed to submit my first online 90 day report yesterday. Checking today it has been approved. Yes, the system has problems but I don't think its about Phuket. I'm still trying to print the page for the next reporting (yes, I have allowed pop-ups). But I don't time to mess with it now or tonight I'll try to print again tomorrow.

Minivans are deathtraps.
Last time I took a train from Surat Thani to Bangkok after they made the beds mine had roaches all over it and myself. Grossed me out!
Krabi has an airport that would be my choice.

Be sure you have everything correct.
Just do the required entries shown with a * beside them.
Sometimes that message will come up when the system cannot access the database where the records are kept.
Success!
I entered only the fields with an * and got to the second page.
Trying to submit the second page I got server errors 3 times then I realized my VPN was connected to another country. I switched to Thailand and it went through. So I am now...PENDING
Thanks for your advice Joe...Always a wealth of information.

Its odd that on the first page where you enter you details for nationality that for USA the only option to select is "UNITED STATES MINOR OUTLYING ISLANDS".
Usually that is separate from United States.

What could be my problem?
I had another failed attempt to report online today. Again, I got the "contact you local immigration office" (Phuket) after entering my details on the first page. My report date is Nov. 06 and I think today is the first day I should be able to report online. I'm quite sure I will get the same results the rest of this week. I have never been successful.
I got a new extension in May.
I reported in person in Aug. after another failed online attempt.
Passport is 3 years old and I've been in and out of the country twice since. Returning most recently in Feb. this year.
From what I have read in this thread it seems like I should be able to do this.

Are you talking about religious extremists? I'm in that 0.1% that does not know who is causing the mayhem in Sweden.

56 minutes ago, phuketrichard said:open, but for anyone on a long term visa/extension, best avoid and use Phuket town.
Why?
I have not been there since they reopened. I have my 90 day coming up though I will try to do it online but I have never been successful with that, yet. I need a re-entry permit also. Patong is closer for me. Riding to Phuket Town is something I dread anymore.
