  1. What will follow is that Prawit will do everything in his power to eliminate Pita and his party. Not showcasing §112 when Pita was campaigning would have most possibly secured him the premiership. Think about it.
  2. Another scenario is likely to emerge. On the July 13 vote Pita was the only contender for the post of prime minister. Since Pita has no possible chances to succeed on July 19 or 20, that could change. Another possible prime minister candidate is likely to emerge: Prawit Wongsuwan. With all the allies he has, he could amass as many as 188 votes, Of course, all the senators would back him, so he would end up with possibly 250 additional votes, if all the senators would vote this time. Anyway, far over the required 376 votes necessary to win. This scenario is very likely and would satisfy many people who don't support Pita. The whole "coalition" of Move Forward, Pheu Thai & Co. would end up in the opposition. In my humble meaning, this is what is going to happen very soon. I might be wrong, only time will tell.
  3. It is sure that Pita made two unforgiveable mistakes before entering the elections. No. 1 was not to get rid of his shares in iTV. No. 2 was to announce as an election promise to amend §112. He could have worked on that once he would have been installed in office and the time was right. The millions of people who voted for him did not vote because of §112. Just my humble opinion.
  4. So far Pita got 10 votes from the senators. But still many have to vote.
  5. WHICH changes?? Nothing has changed yet, Check first before you write such a nonsence.
  6. Had dengue fever in 1986 in Singapore. Scary. High fever, you can take fever depressents, don't help. Ended up a couple of days at Singapore General Hospital. Now a 16-year old boy in our village in northern Surin province just went to the hospital with Dengue.
  7. Looks like! I sent them a message 2 days ago. They did not answer yet!
  8. Thank you, dear Khun Neeranam! This confirms that everyone at Bitkub is targeted, not foreigners only. I commend you for your excellent English.
  9. I was just rejected again. And again, they ask me the same documents as I sent them 4 days ago. It's a cat and mouse game. I just sent them a message and asked them to explain me exactly what is wrong with what I sent them.
  10. Same here. They have asked me for so many things and reject every time. Always something more. Yes, I also get the impression, they want to get rid of the foreigners. Never finished.
  11. Yes, good cheese is expensive in Thailand. I'm from Switzerland, so obviously I grew up around good cheese. The last cheese I bought was from a specialiced company in BKK which is managed by a Swiss. I don't want to advertise something, but just tell the reader that I bought Swiss Raclette cheese, made in France about two months ago. It was 900 Baht/kilo then, but I don't see it currently available. I bought the cheese here.
  12. Hi Bill, I got to know you from this thread and I'm fololowing it daily. I'm near your age, I'm past 78 and I'm diabetic since around 20 years. It has been 2 days since you posted the last time. We all want to know how you are. From my part, I wish you all the best, you can easily live up to 90, I think we all can if we're careful enough with our health.
  13. Above offer is for 100 mg capsules. I buy 300 mg cpsules and use 2 capsules a day.
  14. Only about two months ago I purchased online two bottles of Benfotiamine from New York. I bought them about half the price of what what I would pay on Lazada. Just three days ago I wanted to re-order the same capsules, but their platform told me the maximum I can order is one bottle. This rule is not only for Benfotiamine, but for any of their products. I sent them an email to ask why this new rule and I was told that the Royal Thai Customs don't allow you anymore to order whatever more than one item as anything above that is considered to be bought for resale. This is a blow for anyone who needs to order medicine or vitamine supplements from abroad. Does anyone know more about this?
  15. Seeing the impasse with the 250 senators who would not approve a Move Forward government, in my humble meaning there is only one thing which could, and I think, will happen: Peu Thai will not side with the Move Forward party. They will form their own coalition together with Bhumjai Thai (Anutin), Palang Pracharat (Prawit Wongsuwan) and United Thai Nation party (Prayut), maybe some others as well. That would push Pita into the opposition. This might also explain why Anutin has not made his moves yet. I might be wrong, but I think I'm not. Time will tell.
  16. to gamb00ler: I should have marked "popular" instead of renowned. Sorry.
  17. OK, looks like everybody is drinking soda. Got that.
  18. My pleasure. I have learned a lot from Dr. Eric Berg. Have a look at his videos, there are countless. I'm extremely health concious, because I have diabetes type 2 since about 20 years.
  19. What you say about Swiss tap water is very true, I knowit very well, because I was born and grew up in Swtzerland. A question: is Singha carbonated water (CO2)? Maybe a stupid question. But whatever, Singha, Leo or others made in Thailand are very strong for my taste. But if they are carbonated water like San Pellegrino or Perrier (both very expensive) than those would be the best solution, I think. If they're strong, they can be dilluted with some additional water.
  20. I just saw a very interesting video on Youtube entitled "Why You should Drink Carbonated Water" made by renowned physician Dr. Eric Berg. I had researched about this years ago and I remember that this is an expensive affair. Are there any of our members who make their own carbonated water? Please let us know how you do it. Thank you.
  21. Update: I just remembered how I did it last year. It just came like a flash. It means for me at the age of 77 years my brain is still working fine. All is set up and I'm already watching the tennis matches in Rome, Italy now.
  22. Almost a year ago I bought on recommendation of an Aseannow member an Android X96 Air box and subscribed to an IPTV service called Motion TV. I'm very happy with Motion TV as I can get TV Channel, I'm a tennis aficionado. I just bought a second identical X96 Air Android box. I contacted the person who helped me in May last year to set up everything. Unfortunately, He hasn't answered. I contacted him through the forum and his email address, but no success, so I'm afraid I won't have his help anymore. Is there any other person in this forum who could help?
