    The only way any non Thai boxer can hope to win at this event is by knockout.

    Any bout decided on points will inevitably go to the Thai boxer.

     

    Mind you in fairness most of the Thai boxers in the past have deserved to win on points, but on occasion if it's anywhere near close, the foreign boxer stands no chance. I remember one time, even the majority Thai crowd were stunned into silence by a clearly enormously biased decision. Oh well !!

    You guys are probably poor businessmen. Many of the tourists on here are French, British, and German. Guess what most of them will have licenses and money to pay for all this.

    If the island wants to cater to 2nd world tourists from Russia, which btw do I need to mention just saw their currency devalued by 70%+. You offer poor service, you get poor tourists.

    Any local smart enough to put together the right package like this would OWN the market at least for people coming from western Europe. And be able to charge a premium.

    And as far as the comment about security deposit... have you ever heard of a credit card hold? Many people from the 1st world have this.

    And really I wouldn't call Thailand 3rd world at least in the areas where tourists come like this.

    I heard they are supposedly building an airport here, so most likely within a few years the owner of the airport will take over this business.

    BTW yes I know there are no motorized vehicles on Phi Phi... but apparently everything is walking distance...

    And Bangkok was great, quality hotels, Uber or taxi everywhere...

    The building design is very far from soundproof/keeping the noise inside, the way the bulid it is the way to bring the noise as far as possible. wink.png

    Unfortunately for you and your neighbours, 100% correct.

    There was zero attempt to contain the sound. In fact the design would encourage the sound to leave the building. (Open balconies etc)

    This guy must have a bail hearing coming up. You could go and say Dear Judge this guy is a menace to my expat community please keep him in England.

    If he's using the same lawyers that got him off everything in the past, I suspect he will walk.

    I bet my lawyer couldn't get me off a speeding fine ! Oh well !

    Also I have met more loyal trust worthy people from the so called criminal world more people that have the balls to put there lives on the line to help their mates than I have from the so called straight so called honest legal people

    When I have had trouble in the last the people that surprised me the most are the people that are supposed to be by the law criminals

    Yet all the people who have honest jobs and so on did not want to help me as their own selfish reasons for losing their jobs even though I was innocent some people call them gangsters I call them extreme businessmen who have the balls to carry out necessary things in order to have a carrier
