I've never understood why that is a problem. I have never been unable to stay awake for 36 hours, which is far longer than a day and a flight. Read a good book or watch movies. what is the problem? Are people so set in their ways that they can't accept a break in their boring lives for one day? Mind you, when I saw the way everyone on arrival got up and stood in the aisle for 15 minutes before allowed off the plane, I had to wonder about humanity. Baaaah. Best comment on flying I ever heard was the Monty Python sketch about going on holiday. So true.

I flew a lot and the only problem for me was the BS writ large before boarding with all the "security checks" that don't keep us secure but just irritate. For me, I always had an aisle seat as far back as possible, so first onto the plane before the idiots trying to put an oversized bag into the overhead lockers and holding everyone up. The flight consisted of reading the provided newspaper and watching as many movies as possible. I have no idea why so many people apparently have a problem with sitting in a seat for a few hours. Most will do that in their every day lives any way.

There certainly were a lot of lies being promoted as truth before the election, the main one being that it was a very close race. They even fooled me on that. In the event I couldn't believe that it was such a rout, that I had to hang on till the very last moment when he gained enough E C votes to be declared winner. IMO a lot of people were making predictions that were way off the mark and as for the pollsters- will they ever be taken seriously again? This victory was so overwhelming that I have not heard of any court cases disputing the result. Just too big to rig!

Yes Trump did win. Biden had no mandate to allow millions of illegals into the country, yet he did so. Biden had no mandate to attack the oil industry, yet he did so. Did they even have a mandate for a proxy war in Ukraine or to support the israelis? I don't believe they had a referendum on that. In the US version of democracy, the government doesn't need a mandate to do whatever it wants.

As I understand it the Egyptian people are against the israelis, regardless of their leader's kowtowing to the US. I doubt they would take it well if the Egyptian government went in on the US side in a war against the Houthis. To the average ME citizen, the enemy is not the Houthis, IMO.

Seems some are incapable of understanding that Trump was elected BECAUSE he doesn't follow the rules. The rules were designed to allow an elite political class to continue their rule, but people that voted for Trump want him to blow the whole thing up and start over, IMO.
