IMO only in the fevered minds of the Trump haters did Musk suggest forcible impregnation. Where in "I will give you a child" does he say force will be used? It's becoming blatantly obvious that Trump haters have lost any sense of humour and have no idea of sarcasm or irony. As for the statement, it's the sort of thing guys say to each other all the time, without implying rape is involved. HRC should learn that she is yesterday's news and only the luvvies care what she thinks.

It never helps to insult the voters when trying to win. I don't think she was complacent- I think she was so arrogant that she never even considered that she would fail. Mind you, from a book I read, Trump didn't think he'd win, and wasn't expecting to, so surprises all round.

I read that HRC was so convinced she won that her "victory" party started before the final result. I'd love to have been in that room when the news came out.

Some are apparently so obsessed by Trump that they rant on about anything and everything to do with Trump, and fill every possible thread with silly posts attacking him for anything possible. There is a psychological description for such an obsession. I feel pity for those whose lives apparently revolve around the Donald, to the extent apparent on this forum.

I look at it from the point of view that if one can't afford to leave 800,000 in the bank year round, can one afford to live in LOS? When I finally left for good, the 800,000 came in handy for getting set up back home and buying a car etc

Some expert I saw on the news claims that it's highly unlikely to have been added explosives, as any clever person would be aware of that possibility. He claims they must have discovered a way of negating the software that shuts the device down if the battery overheats, and downloaded an update to allow a signal to overheat the battery. That seems far more logical than adding explosives. I'm treating my mobile with some suspicion from now on, and if I hadn't been aware that everything I say on it is being tracked in some building in the US and analyzed for naughtiness I certainly am now. As I write every security service around the world is trying to work out how to replace every on line device with a battery, or protect them from attack. The timing of the attack puzzles me. It would have been far better tactically to have combined it with an invasion of Lebanon. Comes a time that a country can't realistically support massive immigration; lack of housing, infrastructure and mainly jobs. It makes sense to stop bringing more in when it reaches that stage. NZ IMO passed the cut off mark 2 million ago and the place just can't cope

I disagree. Had Britain surrendered, or not declared war, Germany would have had all the troops tanks and aircraft from Africa and the Channel coast to send East. You say that Russia would have won, but that is just your opinion, and but for Hitler's interference, I think Germany would have taken Russia to the Urals. As it turned out Hitler probably did more to lose Barbarossa, than Stalin did to win it, IMO.

You need to provide rather more than an opinion on that. It was a time of monsters in human form, Stalin was a monster, Hitler was a monster. Hitler had a better military and IMO would have retained all of Europe, plus Western Russia, the UK and all of the British empire. I'm glad Churchill stood against that monster. It's just unfortunate he had to ally with another monster and allow him to take Eastern Europe. Whatever reason for whatever they did, the end result was IMO the best possible at the time.
