Are you able to inform us as how any person that might wish to harm the US would have known that classified documents were stared there? Even if such documents were stored in a toilet in that location, is it your contention that it was a toilet in public use? How were the documents placed in the toilet? If they were in fact "dumped" as you are trying to tell us, was the toilet even in use by anyone?

IMO when the war is over and Zelensky has been dragged kicking and screaming to the negotiating table, all that will have been achieved is making the usual suspects far richer, while devastating Ukraine and leaving thousands of families without husbands and fathers. Meanwhile the western "leaders" that were the cause of the catastrophe will likely just ignore the outcome and carry without acknowledging their guilt in it. The idea that Ukraine can win if enough money is thrown into that bottomless pit is IMO ludicrous. The GOP are doing the right thing by not agreeing to throw good money after bad, IMO.

While I agree with most, I disagree that it was "on the cheap". It's cost the US billions of $ far better spent in the US, and perhaps not unfortunately has exposed Biden to questions over his wisdom in interfering in European affairs by supporting a nation that the US has no treaty with.

You started off well, but lost the plot with the part I quoted. The US has been "managing" without difficulty to stop the Palestinans getting justice, or a state of their own for many decades, and for you to say "without difficulty" makes me suspect your true motives for that post. Had the US actually wanted a Palestinian state, all they had to do was stop using the veto in the UN. That still hold today, when IMO the US is openly colluding with israel in the war crimes, by providing the bombs and bullets to carry out the war crimes. Like the Native Americans used to say in movies, "the white man speaks with forked tongue".

Without allowing as much aid and equipment into Gaza as needed a limited ceasefire is pointless. Gazans will continue to die anyway, from starvation and disease. Hamas would be foolish to accept any deal that does not allow aid in everywhere in Gaza, and IMO they would be foolish to allow the US to have any influence as the US has been shown to not be neutral where israel is concerned. It's obvious to any that are not all in for israel that the US has colluded with israel to commit atrocities on the Gazans while saying the right words. Not to be trusted in any way shape or form, IMO.

I doubt any doctor would agree to participate in such a scheme and even if they did, it also requires technical assistance to keep the egg alive. If it's just left in a dish it will die, and to become an embryo it requires a technician to fertilise the egg, or did you think it's just getting a man's sperm and rolling the egg around in it? Then after the egg is fertilised it needs to be frozen or it will die. That requires more advanced equipment than the home freezer. I think Alabama finances are quite safe from your scheme.

LOL. Do you think the egg and the sperm were created by a machine? Of course they were created in an actual human body, of two different genders, and the resulting embryo is an unborn human child. There is more to marriage than just producing a rugrat child, but perhaps you are a one issue type of person. Personally, I despise the institution of marriage and up to me it'd be sent the way of jousting. People want to live together just do it. The idea of spending thousands of $ just so people we don't even know can get drunk on our booze is ludicrous to me, and that so many non religious people get married in church is just hypocrisy. Do you know why there are so many Pl nurses working outside the Philippines? I worked with many in Saudi and London. It's because they get paid too little to work in the Philippines. Many of the females were married and had children living in the Philippines with their grandparents. The nurses would save up their holidays and go home once a year. They earned so much working outside the Philippines, that they had grand houses and servants back there. I worked in Saudi and London because I got paid too little to work in NZ. Loads of qualified nurses go overseas to earn more, many to the US. These days loads are going to Australia, so nurses are having to be imported. It's a money go round.

Thank you. I was pointing out something that most non medical staff would not know. It could have been a drawing and the same would be true. There are a lot of things that nurses have to do to keep their patients safe from infection from themselves and other patients. This is why nurses are worth more. The untrained or poorly trained nursing assistants often employed because qualified nurses are not available ( because people are reluctant to train when the rewards are so poor ) are far more likely to cause problems for patients.

Are we simply lucky; or they unlucky? Excellent question. Some on here apparently think that we make our life ourselves ie we make the things happen that make us happy or otherwise. I disagree, as if I made my life happen I must hate myself. Apparently some believe that a higher power can intervene and provide the means by which they can be happy, and pray to ask the higher power to give them stuff. Others, myself included, think life happens all of itself, and we just react to it. Obviously, the last cohort believe it's just luck. I was lucky to be born of reasonably well off middle class parents in a safe country, who were able to have me educated and stay healthy, till I went off on my own. Would I be of the same mind if I had been born in Gaza? I doubt it. Did I create my life myself, do I think God intervened and implanted me into a certain egg in a certain woman or do I think it's just random chance that put me where I was born? Obviously the last option.

Ugly is a human construct. Nature just is, and we interpret it as we will. I'm sure a farmer seeing his crops drowned sees the rain as an enemy, while I love it ( as long as I'm looking at it and not getting wet in it ).
