Democracy is Failing the Young – No Wonder They Want Change

I like your satire. -
That's just peachy for the elites. Bit tough for the rest of the 1.5 billion Chinese, but of course peasants are expendable for the elites. Elites who's great grandparents were probably peasants themselves. I wonder if like in Dr Strangelove they have the best looking women pre selected for Level 7.

I think the D man may have passed his crystal ball on to him, but then perhaps the D Man is back under a new username.

Seems we have a few that will believe any nonsense as long as it supports their chosen narrative.

Seems that DEI isn't in vogue when it comes to driving a 15 million US$ car in F1 racing. One wonders why when women can do anything, LOL. -

Plenty on here with opinions and I'm pretty sure that they are no more qualified to know than Trump. Is it Trump's fault that the world's media breathlessly reports every musing he's ever uttered in the past 8 or so years? Is it Trump's fault that the haters believe everything he says when they think it makes him look foolish, but say it's a lie otherwise? Trump may be bombastic but his brain hasn't melted like a few on here. -

Not always "gay". I was one of a tiny tiny minority of males in NZ that became nurses and it's definitely not seen as a "male" occupation by men. In fact I didn't tell anyone in my previous job ( military ) that I was going to be a nurse to avoid the inevitable mockery. Of my course 3 were men and one was as camp as a row of tents, but the other two definitely not. My first hospital had 900 nurses and only 6 were male. One of them went on to become a trans, whereupon he was ostracized by the females. Did I benefit by being a male in a female occupation, no. Did I suffer for being a male in a female occupation, thankfully not. Would I do it again if I could go back, not in a million years- the pay is pathetic, the workload horrendeous and the bullying by ( mainly female ) management diabolical. Bullying is notorious in nursing. Would I recommend nursing for anyone, male or female- not a chance. I'd do my best to dissuade them. Now that it's a university required occupation it's even less worthwhile than when we could get paid to train. The income in employment will never compensate for income lost in uni. What did I gain from being a nurse- I got to see the world. Nursing is so unpopular now in the west, that a nurse can probably get job in any western country of their choosing. -

With reference to the USAF https://www.airuniversity.af.edu/Portals/10/ASPJ/journals/Chronicles/waterman.pdf With the onset of World War II, female contributions to aviation became more paramount. The "Women’s Auxiliary Ferry Squadron" (WAFS) and the "Women’s Flying Training Detachment" (WFTD) combined to form the "Women’s Air force Service Pilots" https://www.airuniversity.af.edu/Portals/10/ASPJ/journals/Chronicles/waterman.pdf Now women are not restricted from combat missions with the exception of Special Operations with MC-130s, AC-130s and helicopters (Dyson, 1999). Presently, 3.5% of all AF pilots are female and 1% are fighter pilots. -
and it is there that the war will be won or lost. All else is a sideshow. Putin has to win there or be yesterday's man with all the perils that entails. As always, my opinion.

If I may be so bold, the entire future of the war depends on which side wins in that city. If Russia fails there IMO it's stalemate till negotiations start, and if Russia wins the war is lost for the Ukrainians. IMO no chance that Putin will be doing what western propaganda claims and carrying on till Russian tanks are on the Atlantic coast. IMO that has always been a nonsense. Whatever happens, win or lose, the Russians will soon after clear out the Ukrainian remnants in the Kursk invasion. No way Putin can allow a permanent Ukrainian presence on Russian soil.

Interesting post, but you made no suggestion of what it may lead to. In the event that you are right as to "If it loses the war, then it's done" one might hope that Russia doesn't lose, as some of us know what the ultimate play would likely be- the Thatcher solution to impending political defeat. There are few things as dangerous as a politician facing defeat, especially when they have a large military to go adventuring with. I'll leave you to remember what saved the west from the Great Depression of the 1930s.

Looking at a map might help. Ukraine is rather large and short of a declaration of war and a full mobilization, a limited operation had no show of conquering all of Ukraine. Perhaps some on here think Putin is as demented as Biden was/ is, but he hasn't remained in power by being that stupid.

Still on that BS I see. I've said it often enough, but apparently you missed every post I wrote saying I support Trump's domestic policies and not him personally. -

If they did, Trump would retaliate against all the Thais living in the US. -

I'll avoid the israeli question and my views on that align with your own. Ukraine is costing the US biggly. End that farce and the US saves a large amount of money. As for the last sentence, he might want to, but I doubt he'll go to war over them.
