  1. Good for you mate! I enjoy a high fat, high protein and low card diet, not KETO, even thou I had it for a year, no more of that keto madness. I'm never putting Low Fat TRASH food in my mount, and my carbs comes from rice and food that aren't processed food. If nature didn't make it, I ain't eating that pile of 💩.
  2. yes you are right! what was I thinking that I wrote wrong, let me fix! Still another big problem: Low fat and most products, have the good fats removed (to sell as butter, more profit) then add the cheap fats from Palm that to preserve the food.
  3. What most men also dont know, is that dairy products, specially Cheese and milk that is 0-fat or low fat, are really bad choice for men. And worse for those with an already enlarged prostate. Normal dairy like Cheese (full fat) are high in saturated fats and hormones that can cause inflammation and increase prostate enlargement. They can also have some good fats, like Omega3, but this depends if the cow was grass fed or not. Mostly in Thailand are fed 99% pineapple and corn. Cow milk and it's products carry a lot of enlargement hormones, not also bad for women, it is also for men. Just look at the statistics of countries with the highest prostate cancer, and they way they consume dairy products below. I used Claude AI to generate this data, the prompt I used is I post at the end of the post. Thailand does have a high rate, surprising! I would blame the removal of fat from everything. 90% of all dairy are now is 0-fat, absolutely disgusting! France rate is crazy: 0.1% (99 out of 100,000 men) Table 1: Top 20 Countries with Highest Prostate Cancer Rates Country Population (M) Prostate Cancer Rate* Dairy Consumption** France 67.4 99.3 259.8 Brazil 214.3 91.4 162.3 Germany 83.2 89.7 251.6 United States 331.9 85.7 256.4 Italy 60.3 83.4 237.9 United Kingdom 67.2 80.7 241.2 Canada 38.2 79.8 247.1 Spain 47.4 77.5 234.8 Poland 37.8 74.2 218.4 Ukraine 43.7 72.8 198.6 South Africa 60.0 72.3 61.2 Russia 144.1 71.2 179.3 Argentina 45.8 70.8 186.7 Mexico 130.2 69.4 135.8 Turkey 84.3 68.2 146.9 Colombia 51.5 67.8 141.2 Thailand 69.8 67.1 23.4 Iran 85.0 66.5 85.7 Philippines 110.8 65.8 18.9 Egypt 104.3 65.2 64.3 Table 2: Top 20 Countries with Lowest Prostate Cancer Rates Country Population (M) Prostate Cancer Rate* Dairy Consumption** India 1380.0 4.1 83.2 China 1402.0 4.7 34.8 Bangladesh 165.0 5.3 18.7 Pakistan 220.9 5.8 169.8 Vietnam 97.3 7.2 15.6 Indonesia 273.5 9.1 12.8 Nigeria 206.1 11.2 8.9 Ethiopia 117.9 12.4 17.8 DR Congo 89.6 13.8 5.4 Myanmar 54.4 14.2 26.7 Iraq 40.5 14.8 95.6 Sudan 44.9 15.3 87.4 Nepal 29.1 15.7 71.2 Afghanistan 38.9 16.2 59.8 Yemen 30.5 16.8 49.3 Kenya 54.9 17.3 99.1 Tanzania 59.7 17.8 25.4 Uganda 45.7 18.2 35.6 Algeria 44.6 18.7 115.2 Morocco 37.1 19.2 59.7 Statistical Analysis Pearson correlation coefficient: 0.76 (Strong positive correlation) Mean dairy consumption in top 20: 167.6 kg/year Mean dairy consumption in bottom 20: 54.6 kg/year Key Observations Strong positive correlation between dairy consumption and prostate cancer rates Developed nations generally show higher rates of both metrics Notable regional patterns: Western countries dominate the high-incidence list Asian and African countries dominate the low-incidence list Significant economic development correlation may be a confounding factor Data Limitations Reporting quality varies significantly between developed and developing nations Access to healthcare and screening programs affects detection rates Genetic and environmental factors not accounted for Age demographics variations between countries Different dairy consumption measurement methodologies between countries Note on Data Sources This analysis uses approximated data based on various international health and agricultural databases. 4. For me, LG and Sony do the best quality. For other things, Mitsubishi only (fan, Aircon, fridge) never again Samsung!!! The problem is Samsung Thailand: They spend a lot of money on Marketing, and giving commission to sales recruits in stores. What you get from Samsung at the same price of others is automatically and garanted to be inferior. It's crazy how almost all staff will try to push you to get Samsung no matter how much you tell them "I DONT want Samsung!" they are begging me to change to Samsung when I was already at the counter, multiple times. Last time I needed to buy a TV, happend. when I needed to buy 2 huge Aircons for the new house, omg, so hard to buy the brand I wanted, they only want to sell me crap Samsung, I ended up buying Mitsubishi heavy-duty on Lazada for the same price of the Samsung Aircons, while Mitsubishi is just another league of quality that Samsung will never be even close. Happens in Home Pro and Megahome. the most hilarious when I bought my LG washing machine, they Home pro staff was begging me to change to Samsung, I even lost my temper which prompted a small commotion, that was at least 10 years ago.
  5. I would argue it's not dying down on demand, rather it's stabilizing, What is happening is the reduction of new coins being mined (Supply). The stabilization is caused by many factors, one of them is that there less room now to manipulate the price like it was easier years ago. The image I shared is BTC vs Gold stability, btc volatility is reducing over the years, getting close to gold. Sure you can cannot make anymore 10x or 100x quickly like before, however it's still possible to get 2-10X withing the next 10 years. compared to even the best performance stocks, this is really good return. if you want to get that much returns on stock it's hard, you got be like Waren Buffet to find the crown jewels like BYD, nvidia, tsmc, Apple stocks. https://bitbo.io/volatility/ Have a look: https://bitbo.io/volatility/ in the image you can see volatility of BTC vs Gold.
  6. I assume you are referring to BTC. Yeah, I hear of that for the past 7 years.... and because of that I will post why it's not, but for others to know, not for you. Some people believe that Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme because they don't really understand what a Ponzi scheme is or how Bitcoin works. Bitcoin is not a Ponzi scheme. Bitcoin differs from a Ponzi scheme in several ways, such as: Transparency: Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public ledger called the blockchain, which allows anyone to verify them at any time. Ponzi schemes require secrecy to operate. Decentralization: Bitcoin is a decentralized asset, meaning it's not controlled by a third party or person. Value: Bitcoin doesn’t rely on new investors to pay returns to earlier ones. Instead, its value is determined by market demand and supply, like other currencies and commodities. Ponzi schemes promise high returns with little risk, but the returns are actually paid out using funds from new investors. Bitcoin can be highly speculative and its price can be very volatile, but it's not a Ponzi scheme. And, it’s super important to note that the cryptocurrency space has seen its huge share of fraudulent schemes, like OneCoin, which was a true Ponzi scheme. So, while Bitcoin itself isn’t a Ponzi scheme, it’s crucial to be cautious and do thorough research before investing in any cryptocurrency.
  7. > with suspects allegedly converting cash into digital currency to avoid detection. I know, i keep repeating myself... Bitcoin today is the only safe heaven for criminals to hide their illegal money. and it will be for a long while... count on that. I am so sure, the icon group criminals already have hundreds of BTC in their secret wallets that the police will never find, ever. Just waiting for when they come out of jail a year later or a few months later, as likely they will not spend more than 12 months in jail. the lower ranks in the gang might spend longer in jail, but when they come out 5 years later, their bitcoins assets will already have double or tripled in value, if they have 10BTC today value at 22M THB ,then 10 years later that will easily be 200M. If they were smart from beginning, they already have most of their money in BTC in hardware crypto wallets (like the Ledger Nano) And who in here believe they only have 200M Baht? if they could afford 35M Baht cars, and just one, they surely have at least a few Billion Baht hidden abroad and in Crypto., easily 5B Baht....
  8. The only true way to really get rich in the long term: Bitcoin. and that needs a lot of patience. It is the only true value now and in the the decades to come, where no government can manipulate it, or create out of thin air as they do with money today.
  9. I've used Lazada for year and always managed to refunded what I wanted to refund. It was mostly fakes. I know now how to not buy fakes. Anyways, this is what I always do: 1. If I need to refund, do it before it's packed. 2. Buy with credit card, in case I get a fake and Lazada refuses to take a return, I can use the bank to dispute it (I never did with Lazada, but it's easy to do so if ever needed) 3. Search on Lazada is so bad, so I usually search while logged out, so that they dont shove their "tailored" search to me.
  10. Coffee is a drug and really addictive, my story: I used to take a lot of coffee whole life, going a day without it I would have massive migraines. I reduced my coffee intake from 30-40g/day to just 5-10g/day. After almost a year with limited caffeine, I can now have sane days without coffee, have better sleep, and not suffer like a poor drug addict. LOL
  11. if you had vivid dreams, only two things could mean that: 1. It's a fake or very low concentration CBD oil, or you are really a big person and your dose is too small. 2. you are incorrectly consuming it. you must put 1-2 drops of the oil under the tongue and hold there as long as you can (1 min) before swallowing. if CBD works, you will just sleep like a rock whole night, but still will have dreams. If you had taken THC oil, you would have NO dreams, THC blocks REM sleep which is where all the dreaming and nightmares happens, as well where the brain develops and sorts out emotions. That is why THC is so good for PTSD people who have nightmares whole life, it stops the nightmares. but also causes regression in emotions, making you less happy or less emphatic, or less forgiving. this is the downsides of cannabis, the block of REM sleep. It also works great when having high fever, when I got super sick and had all kinds of nightmare, I would take a small amount of THC in edible form to block all the crazy nightmares. I do avoid THC on a regular basis. Those CBD oils are usuall expensive and small, what I do is much more cheaper, I purchase cannabis that has only CBD, like Suver Silver Haze, or Charlottes Web, then decarb it using my oven, and mix with butter or MCT oil. Later just filter out the fibers. then keep on the fridge, CBD is indeed very bitter and taste terrible. CBD oil works great for back pain, menstrual pain, headaches, stress, depression, inflammations. THC also has anti-inflammatory properties but not as good as CBD.
  12. Must have been Edibles that made her like that for such a long time. Most people don't know: Edibles are way more powerful than smoking, and when eaten too much it can last very long. Here is a comparison, the more you eat, the higher red line will be and the longer it will last. The two lines would be: Edibles (blue line): Starts at 0 at the 0-hour mark Gradually rises, reaching its peak (100%) at around 4 hours Slowly declines over the next 8 hours, reaching 0% at the 12-hour mark Smoking (green line): Quickly rises to its peak (100%) at around 0.5-1 hour mark Begins declining more rapidly than the edibles line within 2 hours Returns to 0% at around the 6-hour mark I used to make edibles all the time, but now I just do cannabutter.
  13. A tip for you: Do the Decarboxylation process on those flowers before you make the tea, by doing so you could yield 3-4 liters with just 4g of flower. I do cannabis butter via Decarboxylation, last really long. I put half tea spoon on my black coffee, a full spoon will be too much! Decarboxylation of cannabis is the process to convert the CBD and THC into a form that the body can digest fully. By maintaining 110-120C for 1 hour. I use a baking oven set at 100C. Doing for 30 minutes will also work at 125C.
  14. main reason i recommendthe IPhone 15 Pro Max is the best: performance and the the new battery limiting. the battery limit allows to phone to stop charging so 80% and only first to 100% once every few weeks or month. that means i can have long battery life health. and not be complaining about low battery after 3 years. my last iPhone degraded quite fast to 80% in 2 years. performance is amazing, and the 16 is just a bit faster, and the 15 pro max model is base at 256gb. i got 100% health at 193 Cycles also because i have only macs, 16" m1 Pro Max and 14 m2 Pro max. what a beast of a computer!!!! everything connects so good, copy paste password management, icloud photos and drive. for someone that works daily with Macs, iPhone is really te best combination. i also have apple watch 6 44. i use to track a lot of health data, like sleep tracking since for me, it's institutional for my training routine. but it's not cheap, comes with a big premium price.
  15. In the very south of Thailand, dont want to say details, the population is 2X,000 people. They used to collect trash once a week when we used to drop in the front near the road. they stopped since last year. so now people just burn trash including my in laws, they just dump somewhere and burn it once or twice a month.
  16. Benz diesel cars are really good and If I were to buy another Diesel or recommend to anyone, the C220d is great. Never a gasoline or hybrid, those are full of complexities and problems. the c220d can do 20/24km/l easily on the city/highway, and it's a great car. https://www.headlightmag.com/2022-12-26-acceleration-fuel-consumption-mercedes-benz-c220d-amg-dynamic_w206_edit1/
  17. It will always be available in Thailand, and really good quality to be honest.... as long as you dont take it out of your house.
  18. Here where I have my second home in the country side, not a small town, the government stopped collecting the trash, now everyone has to burn their own trash, just every where people are burning plastics and trash. They said, the local gov. don't have place to burn the trash, so cannot collect anymore!!!!
  19. it's better to ignore the ignorants. it's an uphill battle! they will be ignorant forever and no matter how much truth you given them, they're still going to stay ignorant and refuse the facts. putting that aside, EV cars are great for some, not so great for others. I've saved so much money with mine that the car will be fully paid off in 12 years from savings. my in-laws even less than 8 years from savings as well. hybrids are also great if savings is important.
  20. The seal is definitely the best you can get for that money here in Thailand, if 0-100 is all that matters. Of course the Ioniq is too expensive... The Ioniq N is a track oriented car, the suspension setup, brakes, launch control and the whole car structure overall is what makes the ioniq exclusive and soo expensive. The updated Tesla model 3 performance is also really good, much cheaper too and still faster than the Ioniq 3; that is, 0-100 km/h is 3.1 seconds, Top Speed 262 km/h. the new Tesla motors are insanely good.
  21. Yep, most EVs from Korea are still expensive here. They are really good thou... I really love The Hyundai IONIQ 5, that would be my next car. I just love cars that the driver can enter from either side and doesn't have that bulky center consoles blocking my long legs 🤣 no money for the IONIQ 5 N, but that car is a serious beast !
  22. WOW, Thank you so much for the video! I have been wondering how to use the V2L for a house. You have really cool setup of over there! How do you ensure no power is sent to the car via the V2L? is that handled by your Inverter or by the switch? I never have major power outage in Bangkok, the MEA have recently upgraded all the power lines with those new super tall steel poles. my Voltage is always 233-236V even at high load. But in my country side home, power outages are very regular! planing for a setup like yours in the future with some batteries, ability to use V2L. Because I have a Huawei setup, I don't think I can attach any battery, would have to be the very expensive huawei ones. they are going for 140K THB for just 7kWh, and the 14kWh is 250K THB !!!! that's insane. Did you do all that setup yourself or you hired some of it?
  23. That's the reason I sold my previous EV which had NMC battery, and got one with LFP battery. an LFP battery will outlast the car by a lot, even NMC battery will. The car manufacturers adds buffer, you only really get to charge to 94-98% (depending on the brand) of the battery capacity, meaning, when you charged to 100% as shown in the dashboard, you have actually charged chemically to the 94%-98% with this even NMC batteries can last really long. LFPs also can benefit, but they are already going to outlast the car by 10x. For example, Tesla buffer is 4%. 2024 Tesla Model 3 Long Range Dual Motor: Has a gross capacity of 78.1 kWh and a net capacity of 75 kWh, giving it a buffer of 3.1 kWh I have a 5kW solar system without battery, because they are way overpriced here. so, what I do, I use my car as the battery! I basically charge every day during the day at low speed, using a portable 2kWh charger to make sure most of my production goes to the car battery, when the car is not home, it goes back to the grid at 2.2THB. my card battery stays most of the time between 30% and 80%. in 10-15 years, most of those battery will be able to be recycled and reused for Solar Systems. They wont even need the cooling since the currents will be so low, solar charging current are at most 5% of the rated current to drive a car motor. (400A-800A vs 20A-40A)
  24. except when you buy via a credit card. not everybody has one, but it's the safest way to buy. you get refunded to the card instead of your lazada / shoppe account, i work in the card industry for a decade , many don't know that card is best and safest way to get refunded
  25. Lazada is my primary, but my secondary for really high quality things is Aliexpress. It's more expensive as well, shipping can be really high, and really fast too. The quality of things are really just another level compared to Lazada. I buy really amazing and highest quality products from Aliexpress/China, specially the electronics, motors, controllers, power buttons, boards, tools, etc. all Impossible to find in Lazada. just junk in Lazada. Also be aware of supplements from Lazada, many fakes from USA, like those joint supplements from USA, lots are fake, and the danger is that you are putting something in your mouth you have no idea what it is... you can tell, many have very far in the future expire date, The expire date is in the bottle, which are mostly fake, expire date is usually on the label for the real goods, label cost becomes more expensive, It's cheaper to batch print clone labels. Then the quality of the label you can tell it's from a laser printer, not the high quality paint of the original label. They usually miss a serial number as well. just observe that in Lazada.
