Where to park the 800,000 THB?
keithsimmonds replied to Hanaguma's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Maybe if you had 1.7mill earning interest of 1.5% that would take you above the 20,000baht you can earn in interest before being Taxed? -
Medisafe Pharmacy is someone i am using for the very 1st time ...getting delivery of my Glaucoma Eye drops tomorrow ( i am in Pattaya) less than half the price i was paying at Fascino,s.

Where to park the 800,000 THB?
keithsimmonds replied to Hanaguma's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Mine has been in the EZ account paying 1.5% interest with no tax deducted and i have used that account for my last 2 retirement extensions at Jomtien immigration and SCB print off a 1 year statement. If you are the same Brick Top as in "Snatch"...then i could see a problem..and no ...i don't wont my "Jacobs" cut off. -
Still in Khao Noi 80 metres approx to the Left of The chilled/Tops is the revamped Market which now houses an excellent Pizza Stall, eat in or take away 9inch for 99baht freshly made...you wont be dissapointed. Open 11am till 9pm daily.

I have been paying 708baht at Fascino,s for the last 6 years. Mods please move this post if it is in the wrong place. Thanks -

20 games played so far and have never been losing at half/time....so yeah 2nd halves for us are a problem? We don,t retain the ball as much in the second period and as you say players go missing. Thought Malo had some great touches in that second half and then became over confident which nearly cost us,so then he disappears into his shell (still rate him though) Jackson put in a shift both up front and in defence but still does not pass when he should and goes down too easily. Both Enzo and Nkunku had very little impact on the game i know Enzo only came on late on but he was supposed to sit and hold (he looked lost to me) Still a nice break now after a hectic December and only 2 Epl game in January. Happy New Year to Og and all the best to others on the Footie Forum. -

That was harder than it needed to be.Most of the 1st half was pretty good but when Maatsen lost that challenge i feared the worst. Caicedo (who i rate) gave Conor some 1st class Hospital balls, maybe Conor is the only one he can trust, but boy did he give him some shockers. Both Disasi and Bads were never confident on the ball, and both of late have down gone down in Pencil in my book(ready to be rubbed out) Malo Gusto on the other hand is a keeper. Muddy had some really good moments in the 1st half and nothing in the 2nd (applies for most of the team). Madueke was lively when he came on and should keep his place on Saturday imo so Sterling for me occupies the bench and just Palmer comes straight back in. lavia did ok when he came on and so did Alfie Gilchrist. Jackson deserves a thread on his own, very very strong on the ball hardly ever gets shrugged off but is also clumsy and continually strays offside...Drogba was nothing special in his 1st season but after that ....unplayable...Jackson could be the same..him going away for the afcon could do him good? Would n,t surprise me if he turned out to be top goal scorer at that tournament. Transfer wise in January..sell Maatsen Fofana Disasi Bads and Chilwell.....resign Tomori Ghuehi and Livramento...oh and some geezer called Toney..might be worth a gamble -

With you on that...if you can,t kick a ball with both feet you should n,t be playing the thuccking game. Might be a blessing in disguise losing both Palmer and Sterling for the Palace game due to picking up utterly pointless yellow cards...means both Mudryk and Madueke will probably start and Lavia too. Might get to see Alfie Gilchrist and Alex Matos....not sure whether Caicedo will be fit but Enzo is definitely out..along with 9 others that are also out and 2 that are in Pencil.... -

What a jekyll and Hyde mob we are... ughhhhh How many players took it upon themselves to do something utterly ridiculous... Collectively they are going to get Poch sacked,if they carry on with their juvenile I'll discipline. Very well paid Morons. -
From personal experience(Last Thursday) you have to be a bit pushy. I printed off the online confirmation appointment form (mainly in Thai)went in the main door to then be told "go to information" okay... showed girl at information counter my appointment form "you need to fill in this 2 page form and come back at 1pm... it is 10.45am and i have appointment for 11.05.."okay go inside and make your own appointment then" thanks. Go to desk 8 with no ticket number.... asked where is ticket number...I dont have ticket number i have appointment (show Appointment Form) ..okay see girl round the corner...see girl.... fill out 2 page document (no big deal) come back tomorrow after 2pm pick up Passport. Did not bother to show 800000 in bank back in March and did not get the form to show 800000 for March next year. So out of the building by 11.15am as opposed to coming back at 1pm.....it helps to have the appointment form printed off imho No denying an A4 piece of paper in Thai.

For once i could see us scoring and getting a result,it was only a matter of time,,but i could see it coming. Is that the catalyst to go no to the next level,i think so and i think the crowd thought so too as they played there part in what was a cracking game imho, played in a cracking atmosphere. Nice one lads and coaching staff....great management of the game. -

That was okay i supposethought Disasi was good Bads was okay keeper had nothing to do so no comment there. Sterling and Palmer seemed to cancel each other out at times and were much more positive and direct in the 2nd half. Conor was his usual self and Mudryk was Mudryk was glimpses and flashes of what could be but no consistency.....Kante (Caicedo) was my Motm. -

The defenders that are on our books are all okay imho though because of regular injuries to Chilwell and James and Fofana ...best to sell all of them if possible. Thiago is literally on his last legs, reads the game really well but is too slow to move the ball out of defence, all of our defenders make the odd mistake but the problem does not lie there imho...it is what is in front of them...but that,s for another day as i am knackered. -

Yes Og guts and a fighting spirit the lack of those 2 attributes are what cost against both Newcastle and Man u...far to weak an easy push over. My glass has always been half full..ever the optimist blah blah blah...but i cant see us winning this one...of course i will be over the moon should we triumph ...but i am just not feeling it -

That was awful and the countdown to Poch,s exit has begun, lose to Everton and his name will be in Pencil..ready to be rubbed out. Yes it was not him that continually passed the ball to the opposition or under/over hit a string of passes but the bucks stops with him. Had he of launched a water bottle or an Orange or a shoe at Disasi or Sanchez (main culprits) for continually giving the ball away then i would believe that there might be some spark or fire in his belly..but no as passive as ever after the game ...weak. Training before the Everton game should be complimented with the use of a live hand-grenade on a piece of elastic...pass to the wrong person and comes back and blows your thuccking foot off. Short term solution if Pochy is gone before Christmas....give the job to Emma Hayes...if they let her down she can go into there changing room after the game and say... "Is that all got"?
