  1. "There is no threat that this man poses cheesy.gif or no indication that he's engaged in any activity since his return two years ago. The only activities that were interrupted were his studies and his work," defense attorney Ben Galloway said outside the courtroom.

Many defense attorney's are the lowest scum of the earth, lying as easily as they do just to keep a client out of jail.

  2. This guy represents to worst of Thai society. Lying is rampant in this country.

This is good news and bad news that he is fired.

My girl told me she read where his insurance will not pay for the RED car's damage and now that he is fired I bet he will claim he has no money to pay so the guy in the RED car is going to get screwed. I hope his insurance pays.

  3. Until the medical examiner says there is severe blunt force trauma to the TOP of the head I will not believe a word the police say. They mention cuts to his face possibly from barbed-wire, but nothing about the top of his head which is where you would expect to find trauma from someone diving in head first and hitting the bottom of the pool as they speculate with their uncanny ability to wrap up investigation in the blink of an eye.

  4. The German government said 31 suspects were briefly detained for questioning after the New Year's Eve trouble, among them 18 asylum-seekers. The 31 included nine Algerians, eight Moroccans, five Iranians, four Syrians, two Germans and one person each from Iraq, Serbia and the United States.

The 18 must have been detained for some reason. They should be deported immediately.

  5. I'm not sure I understand why this article is news. Of course he should stand trail, but I guess it took the justice system this long to find this person competent to stand trail, The decision was made in October according to the article, so why is this article just now being written?

Justice in the US takes way too long these days.

  6. This is not an easy issue by a long shot.

For the most part I'm a gun control advocate, but I certainly understand the appeal of "everyone" having guns. One would tend to think terrorists are not going to pick Texas to attack knowing anyone could have a gun. On the other hand, letting anyone have a gun without training or even certain types of mentally unstable people with training is asking for innocent people to be killed by untrained shooters. When everyone starts pulling out guns who is to know who the bad guys are and the good guys. I could easily see good guys shooting good guys.

The NRA wants to fight for the right for everyone to have guns, but they have no solutions to any of these probable problems.
