    Many lawyers on Samui have stopped setting up LTD companies for ferang to buy houses, while a lot of developers are selling their villas with a 30 year lease on the land , which is 100% legal!

    I’ve lived here for 18 years, some more than 1 mill kms on the roads here I’m a pickup truck and scooters and big bikes, had 3 accidents on the scooter, all 3 caused by other people, pulling out and not looking, just had gravel rash in all 3 , and a week in bed at most, to lose a leg he must have hit something very hard and been speeding, maybe slightly drunk, so now he wants the public to pay his expenses….nope!

    Yeah, like lipstick on a pig , I was there in October for 3 nights, for work, couldn’t leave quickly enough, it was absolutely full of sleezy Indian men and the beach rd had a 1000 desperate woman, so horrible to see!

    I sailed on the Soren Larson for 6 months all the way up the Australian coast, I was the ship’s carpenter, got 10 dollars a day pay, was an amazing experience!
