Somebody needed to, Yahoo sucks.

You will need a gun license. It is also illegal to shoot rodents (i think).
Need of the license is correct but the shooting of rodents is not. http://www.thailawforum.com/database1/thailand-gun-law.html
Airsoft is not a firearm. It shoots plastic balls with air.

I don't live i such place.

1. Still not common.
2. Doesn't matter. People will still think it.
3. I was kinda joking about that last one (all three of em really).
1. No prob, I like bucking the trend and being unique.
2. No, I guess some folks think it might actually be the other way around. She says that some Thais might think she wants to "kin dek" (eat young guys).
One friend teased us warm-heartedly that I'm so close to her because we're like mother and son (luukchai gap mae).
We don't look like this, which probably characterizes around half of all ThaiVisa forum members.
We look more like the following.
We don't get stares and nothing looks strange unless people take a really close look. Same with the couple above if they were to walk down a street holding hands in any Western country.
How would anyone think that younger guy met the older lady in the pic because she was a hooker? That's only for pic #1 that.
TIT.

t has been my experience that Thai women about 40 tend to dispense with sex. Not good for a 20 something male. Not all of course but it is very possible. They think they are too old.

There is a great visa forum here on ThaiVisa and they can answer pretty much any question you have about immigration and visas.
If you do not have an answer to the OP why do you even make a post?

Culligan is the answer.

No idea why you would ant to line it with anything. Gravel works well on its own. If you really wan to line it with something, I suggest this. Can buy at Lotus or any farm store. Got no idea how much you need.

Her land, my house. I want to stay long term. At the termination of the agreement the house will stay and no doubt be her property. She is an unpredictable nut case but her mother is the stabilizing force and she will not go against mother.
Which is easier? Lease or usufruct? Which is better? I have no use for the land other than a place for the house to sit.
I have read about both. Either would work for me as the legalities stand but in Thailand that is not always the case. I am asking if one or the other protects me less or more.

50 baht from Nong Khai to Udon Central Festival. Under the tent. When you walk back from the border is it on the right side near the restaurants and visa services. Ask around they will show you where.
No doubt you can get from Central to Nong Bua.

A DNA test will tell.

Need copy of Laos visa also.
I would not even try without the original marriage cert.

A cat in a cage? That is inhumane. Better so set him free to kill wild life.
-
Why ask about it?

Travel with parents will not be a problem. A birth cert might be handy but if both of you travel with child, there will be no problem.

Ask the locals. There are plenty with homemade rigs on the back of pickup. Never seen one fail yet.

The one I had had no English channels. The one I have now has one channel that you ca n change the language if the original movie was in English. Few are.

I have crossed on the ferry about 3 times in both directions and had very little trouble.

Reminds me of southern California. Every year, dry, hot and fires. Then come the rains and mudslides.. They bitch about it every year knowing it is normal

If the mother is Thai they can get Thai Passports. Look at the Thai MFA website for requirements....
The passports have to applied for in the country of birth according to Ubon Joe.

Sorry I have not gotten back to anyone but I am following and never receive replies. Found them in Spam folder. Hopefully now corrected.
No, we are not married and won't be for a long time, if at all. She does not stay with me. I like this place. I have spent a bit on making it nice for me and them. When I have the legalities in place, I can do what I want.
She has changed her tune. Claims now she will transfer the Chanote back to her mother, who is not nutso. In fact her parents told her to keep me here and she go. It is apparent that they know she is unstable.
