  1. I'd just like to know why the score was 3-0 instead of at 1-1. American officials do not have to bow. More recently, however, it would have been far more appropriate for Joe Biden to offer just a brief respectful nod to King Charles, when they met, instead of pawing his arms and shoulders. Such a huge expensive air and land fleet just to transport this circus. Hopeless! .
  2. At least the activity is shared.
  3. I think just one little one would be plenty enough. She's not a tall gal!
  4. China must have been impressed. Janet she bowed so many times her head nearly fell off!
  5. I've seen this man before, talking on the same subject. If you look at the comments below the VDO you can see that the level of this 'world renown' and respect is not as high as you seem to think. Some of Mearsheimer's reasoning for Russia's stance may be fair but I think that her brutal actions have voided any chance of any understanding or forgiveness. The link below is to an article, also published by the EUI, which directly concerns that talk in the VDO. It highlights that which Mearsheimer does not say and pretty much disagrees with him completely. https://euideas.eui.eu/2022/07/11/john-mearsheimers-lecture-on-ukraine-why-he-is-wrong-and-what-are-the-consequences/
  6. Most western countries have signed a ban on the movement of cluster munitions. They merely want to keep that in place, despite what Russia and Ukraine have been doing, or want to do. https://www.dw.com/en/russia-uses-cluster-bombs-extensively-in-ukraine-report-says/a-62927491
  7. Strange that after finding this US National Centres for Environmental Prediction at: https://www.weather.gov/organization/ and https://www.weather.gov/news/ there is no such story (or similar).
  8. Never heard of that. My <deleted> got me at sea-level anyways.
  9. Infections usually increase with the wetter weather.
  10. Just like his approval ratings.
  11. Fair enough. Hardly incumbent but very incompetent.
  12. But not suitable for a POTUS.
  13. Could you repeat that, please?
  14. As long as you get the result you want it might.
  15. Upwards? Like inflation. I see.
  16. Trump again? Wrong. This is about Biden's brain, which is evidently not up to presidential specs.
  17. You didn't read what I said but never mind. These 'historians' are apparently largely comprised of rather fresh undergraduate students. Maybe they were hoping for a free loan or something?
  18. https://scri.siena.edu/2022/06/22/american-presidents-greatest-and-worst/ Joseph Biden enters the ranking after only a year in office at 19th rated highly on his ability to compromise (9th), court appointments (10th), executive appointments (10th) and integrity (12th) but lower on luck (34th), his relationship with Congress (31st) and his communication ability (30th). It seems that these rankings are carried out by a liberal-leaning and relatively new school, so no surprise that Biden took 19th. However these Siena results do not seem to pair with this CNN approval rating very well: https://edition.cnn.com/polling/approval-rating-poll-of-polls Yes, I know they answer different questions.
  19. Trump again? Biden's brain is supposed to be the subject here, albeit there's not much to talk about.
