I did my extension on July 24. In Chiang Mai. Arrived 07.55 and got a number for the document check outside. The office opend 08.30. Was handed in the documents 10.00. Got my passport back 10.55. So total 3 hours.

The heir have to be in Thailand for long time, or come to Thailand multiple times. Court takes time. And so does bank. But most important is that the heir needs to have a bank account, before any transfers can be made. I have gone through all this with my deceased friend's brother. And not finished yet after 2 years....

Chiang Khong is 100 km from Chiang Rai and 300 km from Chiang Mai. Easy access from both.

I have done an implant in my lower jaw there. And on another one in my upper jaw now. They doing excellent work. Have the latest equipment. But things take longer, due to it's a school. And yes, it's much cheaper there.
