The heir have to be in Thailand for long time, or come to Thailand multiple times. Court takes time. And so does bank. But most important is that the heir needs to have a bank account, before any transfers can be made. I have gone through all this with my deceased friend's brother. And not finished yet after 2 years....

I have done an implant in my lower jaw there. And on another one in my upper jaw now. They doing excellent work. Have the latest equipment. But things take longer, due to it's a school. And yes, it's much cheaper there. -

Last year a made a cremation of a friend via a private company here in Chiang Mai It was a very basic one: Coffin, Pick up from the morgue to the burner. It included 4 monks did prayer before burning. B. 15.000 I found this company via a thai friend. If interested I can contact my friend again for a telephone number to the company. Only thai language. -
