  1. Everything is done in the same building. The QR code works to get a Google map.
  2. I would not suggest trying to do it that late. I would say 2 or 3 days after the report back date at the most.
  3. I suspect their could be problem with applying for a e visa and not traveling from the country where it was issued. At this time it would be almost impossible to doing a one day visa run. You would need a RT-PCR covid 19 test done before you could board you flight back to here and the Thailand Pass.
  4. A copy of your passport page with the visa is one of the things they want for extensions. Not a surprise they want a copy of your stickerless e visa. Best to keep a copy for future use.
  5. There are shops that would print it out for you or maybe send it by email to a friend that has a printer to it for you. Not sure if I could survive without my printer/scanner. My entire family uses it.
  6. The under consideration period is done since the application has to be approved at higher level of immigration. Some offices do not do the under consideration period since they were given permission to do the approval at the local level.
  7. You could start the application for it while here but you would not be able to use stickerless visa until you leave and re-enter the country. I have read of people not uploading the entire 12 months of travel and go their visa approve.
  8. Doing a report in person should fix that problem. Apparently they did not check their records for the change of address you did.
  9. I put my house number in the address box. I assume room number would work there to. The TM47 I got after submitting the report has my house number on the address line. On the approval that is on the old site it shows my entire address on the first line under present address.
  10. You will need to register your foreign marriage at a Amphoe to get a Kor Ror 22 marriage registry that immigration requires. The biggest problem is getting your US marriage certificate legalized. You can do a self certification of it a the US embassy in Bangkok by doing a affidavit. Then have it translated to Thai and certified by the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok. If you have time to do it before leaving the US to prevent any problems in the future. That requires the secretary of state for the state where your marriage was done and then the US department of state and then the Thai embassy or one of the official consulates to stamp it. General info is here on the NY consulate website. https://www.thaicgny.com/บร-การกงส-ล-consular-services/งานน-ต-กรณ/legalization/
  11. It is not in the news forum. Not need for 2 topics. This topic
  12. If you applied for your OA visa after October first of 2021 you need the $100,000 insurance that includes the covid 19 insurance. Info about it is here. https://longstay.tgia.org/guidelineoa
  13. You do not have to apply for a extension of stay unless you want to stay longer after you OA visa expires and the last one year permit to stay from it is ending.
  14. It is not mandatory for your passport number to be on it. Many countries do not put your passport number on them and many people have used them to apply for a Thailand Pass and its predecessor's.
  15. It seems they did not read the regulation immigration issued in June of 2020 stating that if you are on a extension of stay you do not need to do TM30 reports unless you change addresses or enter with a new visa. You can download the order in English or Thai at number 30 or 31 in this pinned topic. https://aseannow.com/topic/981135-laws-regulations-police-orders-etc/
  16. I suggest you apply for a single entry non-o visa at the Thai embassy in Washington DC or the one of 3 official consulates for region of the US you live in. Getting the visa in before arriving will make it easier to open a bank account. Map showing areas of responsibility for the consulates. https://thaiembdc.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Royal-Thai-Embassy-Washington-D.C..png Requirements for the non-o visa is here. https://thaiembdc.org/2020/07/11/foreigners_family/ You will apply for the visa online and get a stickerless visa by email. This is my general list of required documents for the one year extension is here. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf
  17. I assume you mean June of 2022. You should not need to get covid 19 insurance on September 1st. It will only be required when you enter the country.
  18. Vientiane only issued single entry non-o visas in the past. Even a single entry would give a person a 5 months stay by extending the 90 days it allows for 60 days to visit their wife or child. Savannakhet did not mention a multiple entry non-o visa before but did issue them.
  19. Try going to this page on the old reporting site (with no VPN on) https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm And then selecting check the status button and then enter the reference number for the report. It will show the TM47 form in a different format than the one on the new site and at the bottom it may show the reason it was rejected.
  20. You should check with your agent about the home visit and inform them about what you need to do.
  21. I got the impression you were leaving the country to work not offshore here. If you do not need your passport to go offshore your wife could take your passport to immigration to get the extension stamp done. Did immigration mention a home visit when you applied for the extension? You would need to be present when that is done.
  22. There is nothing you can do to keep from losing the extension application you did it when you leave the country. There would not be enough time to have the approval of your application expedited so you can leave without losing it. How long will you be out of the country?
  23. Are they still doing it that way. That receipt was done 2 years ago.
  24. I is not clear info yet about entering Laos at this time other than with a tour group. They have announced a Test and Go for entering Thailand at the bridge in Nong Khai. later this month. No info about Savannakhet yet.
