  4. Have you tried the new online reporting site yet. The is no preapproval when accessing the site to do it. Immigration should let you do the 90 day report in person with your old canceled passport. You could also do it by mail using a copy for your passport photo page before it was canceled.

  14. I see not reason for you to have a problem for having a unneeded reservation.
  15. As said before you cannot change non immigrant visa categories while in the country. It can only be done after leaving the country by applying for a new visa at a embassy or entering with tourist visa or visa exempt and applying for a non-b visa at immigration. I is only possible to change the reason for your extension of stay from education to working.

  20. Yes he can apply for it there and it will be issued while he waits.
  21. He got a 30 day visa exempt entry not a 15 day visa on arrival that requires a 2000 fee be paid for it. He could apply for a 30 day extension at immigration for a fee of 1900 baht. The overstay fine is 500 baht a day and is paid when clearing departure immigration. If caught with a overstay he could be taken to the Immigration Detention Center and the be deported with a 1 year ban from entering the country.
  22. Immigration does not do random checks to confirm a person is staying at the address used when applying for extensions.
  23. There is no under consideration period when applying there or at Muang Thong Thani (visa exempt entries). The will not do the 7 days to leave the country unless it is denied after paying the 1900 baht fee for it. If they did one it would from the day your current permit to stay ends.
