  1. You arrival date is updated when enter the country. The arrival immigration officer updates it in their database . Also you have a new arrival stamp in your passport. When you do a 90 day report you enter the arrival date as well. Same for the online reporting site.
  2. If you click the big red X it will cancel your application for the report.
  3. That is probably for the 90 days you got from the visa. Embassies and consulates know very little about what immigration does.
  4. All he has is proof it was submitted. He needs the report receipt to prove it was approved.
  5. Wait a while longer for the receipt to be sent to you by email. Yesterday was the first day after weekend so it could take longer. Have you checked the status of it on the online reporting site?
  6. If you have returned to the same address you could do your 90 day report online. No need to deal with Thailand elite. Site here: https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login
  7. A Elite visa is a multiple entry visa that does not require a TM30 report every time you enter the country now (since June 2020). From the regulation. Source: TM30 reporting regulation.pdf1.2 MB · 82 downloads
  8. That is for family members of a person who has obtained permanent residency in Thailand. If you are on a certain extensions of stay she can apply a extension of stay for being a member of your family. Immigration only issues non-o visa for a family member person that is on a extension based upon working or teaching. She could apply for a extension but she would have to the non-o visa at a embassy or consulate.
  9. You can apply for a single (1000 baht) or a multiple re-entry permit (3800 baht). Both will valid to use for entry up to the day your current permit to stay ends.

  12. That was a very long time ago. Normal is from the end of the 90 days. I don't recall any reports of it starting from the day of entry happening recently.
  13. A non-o visa allows a 90 day stay in the country. The one year extension of stay will start from the end of the 90 day stay.
  14. Many offices count the report date in the 15 days. I prefer to say you can do it 2 weeks before the report date.
  15. You will find a lot of wrong and out of date info about entering visa exempt on embassy and consulate websites since they have nothing to do with them. Where did find info about them on the MFA website?
