    There is a immigration order that went into effect in March of 2019 that requires the 800k baht to be in the bank for 2 months before the application and then 3 months after you do the application and then 400k baht until you top it up to 800k baht.

    That is well known problem. Not sure why immigration will not accept the 12 months of transfers to a Thai bank. Now that the borders are open a trip to a nearby embassy or consulate would resolve the problem since they would accept your transfers as proof of income to apply for a non-o visa.

    You are correct. The only exception is if you are a legal resident of another country that you could apply in.

    I don't have a clue as to what she was talking about. Immigration does not issue any multiple entry visa. The will only issue a multiple re-entry permit for a long stay extension of stay. Edit: Maybe she was talking about a Thai elite visa that is a multiped entry visa.

    You do not need a TM6 number when doing the report online. There is no place to enter it.

    Maybe a problem with the online site. I just confirmed I can still open my last approved report that I got by email in July. Have you tried to open any other PDF files.

    Wait at least 3 days for the report to approved or rejected form the day it was submitted. Some offices take longer than. others. I assume you got a email informing you was received and had the TM47 attached to it.

    The 3 entries in 6 months rule went away in 2008. It was actually a total of 90 days in 6 months in the rescinded rule.

    There are many online sites that do the temporary onward ticket. Just do a search for onward ticket to find them.

    The only way your friend could stay longer would be to do a border hop for a new 30 day (45 days on or after October 1st) visa exempt entry and a 30 day extension. A tourist visa would be best for your other friend. It would a allow a 60 day stay that can be extended for 30 days. After that he could do a border hop to get a visa exempt entry.

    Immigration will post date the cancelation to the day on a termination letter from your employer to give you time to leave the country. If not you would be on a overstay when you leave the country.

    That is what it is called in the immigration order. See number 24 here: https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1890 You could apply for a non-o visa or a one year extension based upon marriage after getting the 60 day extension.

    I doubt you qualify for a 15 day visa on arrival that is only for those from certain countries. You will likely get a 30 day visa exempt entry that can be extended for 30 days. When you apply for a non-o visa the 800k baht only has to be in the bank on the day apply. It will need to be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply for the one year extension of stay during the last 30 day of the 90 day stay you will get from the non-o visa.

    That is your e visa and it states that more than once. Print out a copy of it to show immigration when entering the country. Also a good idea to keep a copy of handy after arriving.

    A report after travel within the country is no longer required.

    Your first report is due 90 days from the day you enter the country. If you put new arrival date on the online reporting application that would be why it was disapproved. When you leave in October your 90 day reporting will start again from the day you enter the country.
