  1. It is the same as sending a PM to any other member. Edit: FYI I have looked at your post and it was certainly inflammatory and it certainly deserved to be removed.
  2. Any entry with a existing multiple entry visa or a re-entry permit for a extension of stay does not require a TM30 report. It is only needed if you enter with a new visa or visa exempt.
  3. A post commenting on moderation has been removed. Forum rule.
  4. It will need to be canceled on the day you apply for the new extension.
  5. You change the reason for your extension of stay based upon working to one based upon marriage to a Thai. You current extension will need to be canceled before doing the change. You will need 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 month's on the day apply for the new extension or 40k baht of income.
  6. No test is required for the US. Source: https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/covid-19-information/ You will need a covid test done no longer 72 hours before departure to enter Thailand.
  7. It was discussed a lot when the order first came out in 2019. There is some reasoning in what is written in the order but not easy to get a immigration office to agree.
  8. That is how i interpret what is in the order. For example if you entered on a non-o visa you would be applying the first extension 2 or 3 months after arriving.
  9. Moved to the Central Thailand forum.
  10. Some offices will check your language skills when you apply for 90 day extensions.
  11. The only thing you can do is to show 65k baht of income transferred into a Thai bank from abroad. It will likely not possible to do for the first extension unless the immigration office you use will accept 2 or 3 months of transfer instead of 12 months.
  12. Not all embassies do them. The UK, US and Australian embassy don't. The format of them and requirements varies from embassy to embassy.
  13. Amendment to police order 138/2557 Revising clauses 2.18 and 2.22 to include options for proof of income Amendment to police order 138/2557 Thai text
  14. You would not be able to apply for a non-o visa at immigration with transfers. They only accept letters from a embassy to do it. For the first extension of stay 2 or 3 is allowed according to the written order for using transfers into a Thai bank but many immigration office will want to see 12 months of transfers.
  15. A map is not mentioned of the list of requirements for for a non-o visa but it might best to have one ready. Requirments are here: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf
  16. The written rules do state 2 or 3 months of transfers can be accepted for the first extension application but many offices will insist on having 12 months of transfers.
  17. You would use a TM86 to apply for the visa if you entered with a tourist visa. If visa exempt you would use a TM87.
  18. The past 3 months is not normally enforced. It was put in the requirements to prevent people from staying temporarily to apply at immigration office they though would be easier to apply at. A statement from you wifes sister that you have been stay at her house would be accepted. A copy of her house book and ID card signed by her would also be needed.
  19. That is not a 15 month visa. It is a 90 stay from a non-o visa and a one year extension of stay.
  20. What is a 15 month visa? I assume you mean applying for a non-o visa that allows 90 day stay and then a one year extension of stay of the 90 days.
  21. Go to immigration to have your passport number changed on all the relevant documents. Have a look at this long ongoing topic about it. Camerata's Guide To The Permanent Residence Process
