From what ive heard from the locals because chang being my fav beer only recently it has had the alcohol percentage on the btls.......not sure if its true
The Alcohol content has been there on the bottles for at least 10 years,
it seems a bit of a ripoff when they reduce the alcohol content by more than 9% and then up the price! We used to get 4 Changs for 100 Baht, 4 x 630 x 6.4%, now it is 4 Changs for 225 Baht and you have to check the alcohol content, it varies between "I NEED ONE MORE" to " A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP"
and a great headache from all the chemicals-yikes

It's whats known as a warm demolition, a new block of flats to be built shortly, an accident no doubt but opportune for some clever businessman, Crassus in ancient Rome made a fortune from such occurrences.
it is a cemetery,a graveyard. no new appartments here.

This is a great development for other diseases as well such as blood cancer like multiple myeloma ,bone marrow disease and perhaps thyroid ..
Cures for cancer have existed for decades - it is because the cures in question are foods (foods to avoid) as well as moderate amounts of sunshine exposure and introducing some lifestyle changes that cannot be patented and have been hidden away and buried from the world by these charlatans.
If you want to find out more about what I am referring to then simply sign up to the re-running of Ty Bollinger's 'the truth about cancer' - it is a free to watch 11 part series that covers the whole spectrum of issues related to cancer as told by conscientious doctors/experts that UNDERSTAND cancer. It is sensational and blows the whole cancer scam wide open and reveals it for what it is.
You can avoid and cure cancer simply by optimising you're immunity system, eliminating inflammation, keeping your blood alkaline and minimising your refined foods/sugar intake.
Any oncologist or cancer expert that recommends surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy is condemning you to unnecessary suffering and will likely shorten your life through these obscene and dangerous practices that do nothing to improve your chances of surviving cancer. Did you know that all chemotherapy is highly carcinogenic (can give you cancer) and it increases your chances of dying from secondary cancers so much so that a minority of people actually die from their original cancer as the secondary cancers take care of that!!!
This is not my opinion but experts who understand cancer that have not been 'bought' by the pharmaceutical industry or are unwitting accomplices to 'big pharma' lies and propaganda.
You are likely sceptical of what I am saying, but if so, then just watch even a couple of these 1 hour+ episodes and I guarantee it will change your opinion on this.
I reiterate, this is not my beliefs or version of events but that of experts untainted by both 'big food', 'big pharma' and the FDA.
steve jobs was a believer in these methods and paid for it too!

solar panels on the rooftop of the buses would probably be enough to run the aircon....

just stick to the 'marriage' yearly extensions, with a single entry re-entry permit. There should be no problems with immigration.
also you will stick to the 400 000 bt necessary.i will not go up if you continue with it.

at the airport after immigration stamps you out 1000 bt! not 1200

I was told usefruct would give you the right to use the land and house till you would die.
Anyway i remain firm under current unfair Thai laws never buy land and house with your own money..
I understand about not wanting to but a house in Thailand and I understand it is risky. This is a risk I willing to take as part of a very diversified portfolio.
The usefruct I was told only could last for 30 years. But I have been seeing some people talk about it until death. Do you have more information on this?
Thanks
the uf is usually for life. well, mine is. this way i am covered the rest i don't care.
i took a laywer because my thai is lousy and i didn't want to miss anything.
the devil is always in the details. my wife has the best intentions but she's no einstein.

you need proof from the manufacturer that it complies with us emission and safety standards and proof of origin.
that sounds a lot easier than it is.

sense and sensibilities orhow we do not benefit from the pressure that the criticism of the government put's on them as they feel they are with the back against the wall and have to defend themselves.the effect i believe this has on a Thai of high ranking is very humiliating which is not at all appropriate for the rank the person has. are they however attacked as a nation then they see no other way out than blaming it on you,or us- foreigners.in any case will they then direct their power at you in a way that might destabilize you life a bit.they are miffed.and i'd say more so every day.sold passports, the coup, police investigation on islands, all of it we think they do wrong from our perspective and we let them know it.my government does when they give them the report card on human trafficking or rights violations.but they never mention in these reports the safe houses the CIA had in Thailand to extract confessions from alqueda. we even tell them how they should run their country.without that broadside the Thais would be even nicer to us . they are anyway,it is their nature , Thais are soft people.it is not smart to challenge them however.is un-thai to challenge people like that, as it leads to severe loss of face .they have a word for it ,krengjai, not trapping somebody else emotionally.the reality of the day is not surprisingly that the relationship between the officials and the foreigners has suffered.there are many new or never before enforced regulations to make our life harder.and it will escalate.the more we lecture them the more they will hold their ground just literally.they have a different way of doing things and it is their country and they know it too.we, the expats that live her can not win.bad things happened down on them islands, but when you read the reports you also get a sense how much the Thais suffer from the behavior brought on by the masses of ignorant young foreigner in constant party mode and all the others that violate Thai codes constantly without ever reflecting .Thais mean all those things like the love for the king and the reverence for the monk but they will not point out to you the transgression. Thais rather not criticize you, that would be un thai. but it simmers and creates pressure.and it erupts occasionally.right now it is definitely a downward trend .too bad.there is a reason that 15+ million foreigner visit every year.we like it here.its very nice and a little different.if i ever got the chance to talk to the big man i would advise him not to take the rap: Thailand is a small country ,not rich either with limited resources.nobody likes murder cases like that but they stay often unsolved in the uk also.we'll do our best and our heart goes out. nuff said.but that is also not to local standards....where will it all end?
-
i think it's ok to go there but i can't because i would always think not just about the murder but about the burmese also .
i feel really bad for them. i live in chiang mai and know quite a few.

only half bad if the trash is sorted before and the food returned to agriculture or pig or chicken farms rather than the dump
