The age old corruption is so deeply integrated within the political culture that most can't decipher right from wrong....it's all one and the same. To right the ship, it's take much more than a thorough systematic cleansing.

Wondering if we've learned anything as of yet - can't continue to burn off agricultural leftovers and forests undergrowth on a wholesale basis. Tragic lesson learned? Or not?
