beach road should be no traffic after 8pm but where does the traffic go.i can never fathom out why there are so many cars/trucks driving at night when there is a more than adequate system to get about with.move all the baht buses parked on second rd and all the rental m/bikes and maybe there is enough room to park on second rd and walk a bit.

failing that anybody got any ideas as beach rd has got to be traffic free to be safe for tourists to enjoy walking.

Your objection doesn't make any sense as it is the owner of the property who pays commission to the agent. As for additional services, the bills should be delivered to the property by the utility companies. Simply pay them at 7-11 yourself and there is no way you can be ripped off.

I am afraid that I have just as much of a problem with people saying they "only" fancy Asian guys as when I hear white people saying they "only" fancy white people. I find it racist and also a little ignorant. What about what's inside? You cannot base a relationship purely on looks can you? Sure everyone has a type, but who can say they religiously stick to it? Wouldn't you think it was funny if your friend said she only dated people with red hair, or green eyes? I know that not everyone agrees with me, but this kind of phrase has always made me uncomfortable...
