Its becoming more and more plausibe that Israel either by military means or starvation is committing genocide in gaza from what photos or videos we have seen the of the devastation of Gaza and the refusal of Israel to allow indpendent journalists access can only lead me to one conclusion. What I would be very concerned about is I don't think Israel or Israelis will ever be safe for generations to come due to the number of people that are being radicalised, is Israel really going to eliminate the entire population because that is the only way they could ensure none would survive to be a threat in the future. After seeing themselves their wives husbands children siblings parents friends being killed or starved by the Israeli military you only have to ask yourself how you would feel if it was you, I know 100% how I would. There is only one country that can stop this without going to war with Israel that is the USA not because of their military because if the surrounding Islamic Countries Arab States and Turkey ever got together and invaded Israel it would be either be too late to respond due to the distance or it would cost them too much to interfere. America is like a big brother standing behind Israel threatening anyone who would dare to interfere while at the same time suppling Israel with all the weapons and support it needs to continue. Sometimes I think we in the west are conditioned to think Muslims are all bad they are all potential terrorists. Christians have had the same reputation inthe past. The truth is probably somewhat different there are always extremists on every side though I do accept Islam at this moment in time does appear to by more extreme. Isnt it about time we all accepted it the Israeli military must leave Gaza the Israeli hostages must be freed the Gaza population must be allowed access to the aid and supported at least until they are able to rebuild and support themselves. There must be a permanent solution to the conflict. Terrorist organisations do not just appear for no reason and refusing to talk to them achieves nothing (the British learned this in Northern Ireland) only by talking understanding the grievances and addessing them can there be any chance of a solution. usually it involves compromises on both sides. Years ago a two state solution was generally accepted as the best way forward but was deemed unacceptabe by Israel the reality is Israel must withdraw from Gaza and the West Bank and there must be a Palestine State at the same time all concerned must accept that Israel also has the right to exist.

If it became a nuclear war with multiple nuclear explosions you would either die immediately or slowly within days or months depending on how close you were to the explosions. Nowhere in the world would be completely safe the seas would become contaminated the rain would be contaminated water and food would be contaminated a global famine. The ozone layer that protects us from the suns radiation could be destroyed there would be extreme weather conditions a nuclear winter. Russia threatening to nuke the UK is nothing but Russian propaganda a scare tactic even without America a nuclear strike on the UK would facilitate a nuclear response from both the UK and France because due the very nature of nuclear weapons any stike on UK soil would also affect France and the UK's surrounding neighbours. I'm sure Putin is well aware of the consequences it would be devastating to the whole of Europe if not the world as the radiation spreads in the air and seas. Am I concerned of course the fact they exist is enough to be concerned especially if the are in the hands of an unstable or unpredictable regime. Putin doesn't care about how many Russians die there's always plenty more. If you liken Russia to the mafia with Putin as the godfather and the oliagarch's as the heads of the family's who have carved up and stolen Russia's wealth between them you won't be far wrong cross them defy them refuse to pay and you end up dead. The recent NATO expansion (a purely defensive organisation) is entirely down to Putin and his imperialistic ambitions he wants to restore the USSR. When I was in the army even though we were not actually at war we knew who the enemy was who we prepared and trained to fight against it was the The Warsaw Pact the USSR/Russia as did the US troops stationed in Germany who seen it as far preferable than being sent to Vietnam. The fact is Putin has already lost even if he succeeds in taking Ukraine he has still lost. The Russsian economy is weakened Russia has become more isolated Russian influence has waned and Nato's borders with Russia has doubled since he invaded Ukraine and Finland joined Nato. European NATO members have greatly increased their defence budgets and the European defence industries are seeing a resurgence. None of this was necessary or wanted nobody was threatening Russia it is purely down to Putin his ambitions and his supporters.
