I've recently downgraded from WinXP to a new computer with W11, it is terrible and ugly. W11 is like a renovation of an old house , adding "new" things , that aren't new at all. A window is now a piece of white "paper" with some lines on and some text. Productivity is bad for me. It is a bloaded OS . I come from an 5400 rpm HD with 2GB of 667 Mhz DDR2 and a dual core CPU maxed out at 2,16 Ghz to an fast SSD , 16 GB 4800 Mhz DDR5 and 14 cores , and XP feels snappier than W11. At least it doesn't look as childish as W10 with those tiles. 12 years without updates in XP went great , now I have to keep an eye open for all the sh_tty updates. Privacy is terrible , so many settings to keep some privacy , and still a lot goes to microsoft .

So that is for recycling , not a sort of fixed deposit to turn them in so they get re-used by the beer company ? Like in europe you turn them in , get your money back or a token that you can use at the checkout of the supermarket . The place I stay at gives Singha water bottles and the empties go back and are re-used. You can clearly see that on the bottles , they are not new. If it is only to be recycled , what a waste and pretty expensive. Beer itself is already so expensive . In Aluminium cans even more expensive. Maybe switch to 1,5 liter plastic bottles like softdrinks .

These are heavy glass bottles from Singha , Leo and others. I never seen people with empties giving them back at the supermarket. So that is for a 600ml beer around 53 B , 10 B for the beer , 10 B for the glass to throw away ? And the rest is tax , transport and profit ? Thanks.

I do wonder about the cheap vitamins I buy on lazada . A good review means nothing . How can you review something without a lab test . Names on those hard/thick plastic bottles are easy to fake. How do you know your D3 , B12 , .... are working ?

Maybe already mentioned but you can wire it more easily from the nearby overhead light. Always on and no wire going to the dashboard .

Can we drive to Nan without the covid control post near Wiang Sa ? Love to drive the 101 to Nan (if they are working on it) and walk around . It's nicer than my city. But now with our own immi office and covid , not eager to go.

^ No the link wasn't always there . I didn't get the authentification email , only the security allert. Now after all these weeks of trying , I get the email with link (in thai, and not overlooked , google translated) . There was no resend to hit , like the pics in the opening post. Clicking the "another verify method" button a number of times , blocked me from even accessing the lazada site. You can register at lazada with only an email address , but they require a phone number to fill in but is not used. I give the number of the cleaning lady here . Delivery calls her to tell that they are coming , she usually warns me but I follow the package on the delivery sites.

HeHe ! I can log in to lazada again ! Nothing changed on my side so it was all them. Now the authentification email has changed , not a number you have to fill in , but a link and then another "allow" and I'm in. Time to spend some money again.

In august 2020 when the gold price was 30.000 THB , Thai's were selling their gold. I thought stupid , and didn't sell. Gold fell back a lot of course. Now gold is there again ( and more in sh-tty euro) , but I don't hear the Thais selling while I want to .... I guess Thais are better at it than I and listen to them ? Gold and defence company stocks ? As soon as there is a stop of the conflict , gold will tumble again.

Ah you too . I have set up another account , but after the sign up , I can't log in to that new account. Log in worked fine for 2 months , even with older OS and browsers and email , no phone . Now I'm f....ed because they have new security software ...

Lazada is NOT a bank or so where absolute security is needed. I use a computer , it should not be needed to have a phone to log in. Even if I had a phone , you have to log in to change the authentication method ... but I can't log in.

Why would incognito mode work ? If they can't put login cookie , you can't log in. The browsers that work with lazada don't have incognito. Lazada doesn't suc- , I like how they suggest other items , which shopee doesn't. Well lazada sux a little for not letting me log in.

I posted before : I don't have a phone. If shopee is a one time deal , then I can ask the cleaning lady for the code. But not everytime I want to log in. Besides explaining it on the phone in a different language in not good for me.

Shopee only lets me sign up with a cellphone number. Is this a one time thing , or do you need a cellphone every time thereafter to log in ?

My connection is fine. After continued retrying (10x) , lazada cut me out .

The browsers that I used for 2 months , doesn't have add-ons. TV or now aseannow is their problem. Of my 4 browsers , opening this website changes. My oldest can open TV-aseannow again (but without pictures or log in) , after not being able to do so for years.

Tried that before , the suggestion was on the other threads. Do the shuffle too many times and :We have detected unusual traffic from your network, please try again later..... The email option with SEND doesn't show.

A phone is not an option. Somewhat good news that Shopee has COD ... if that site works.

All the suggestions don't work. I've been using Lazada for 2 month now , no problem. Since 2 /3 days , It changed : I get these screens in a loop. Security allerts come to my mail address, but no verification code. Lazada has no email , only a chat bot AFTER you log in. I can make a new sign up ( with different email address ) , to try the chat , but it is useless. Logging in with the new address = same loop as the old one. I have no phone to call them , and it is too hard to explain anyway. For a one time purchase an alias email address that yahoo let you make is a way around it , but you can't log in to check anything. The 2 last Kerry deliveries did not show on https://th.kerryexpress.com/en/track/ like they always do , I had to log in at Lazada to see the progress. While I opposed sites like Lazada , covid forced me to use them ... and i'm glad I did. I really blows that I can't use it anymore. Sick and tired to hear the mai-mee or pay way too much in local stores. COD is a godsent for people without credit card and don't want to bend over to the bank costs. So I look at Shopee , and they have much of the same at near same prices, but their payment options translated by google translate is not christal clear about COD. Must be quite some big filter to filter high frequencies out of an inverter that delivers 10's of amps at 230 V.

Have you checked the claim it is a pure sine inverter ? Maybe I don't know enough of electronics , but going from DC to an AC sine , must have some serious dissipation loss.

Cold , yeah , but at least the air is much cleaner in europe. Not looking forward to spend the next 5 months in very bad PM2,5 air .
