The leave vote won as the UK voted 52 to 48% to leave. England did not get a vote. Neither did Wales, Scotland or N.Ireland.

You mean to say " talks will start when (if) the YES independence vote has won" That would be correct as, if talks breakdown or an agreement can't be reached, independence will be on hold.

Exactly. It would be great to see the English start to push for independence. Then watch the Scots and Welsh start complaint with " oh no. You can't do that. Come to think about it.
