So, does it mean one cop kneeling on an already immobilized (handcuffed and lying face down) and detained mans neck, until death, while two cops are just watching the drama, is just fine and fully justified? Should not the bi-standers also be taken to task? -

Of course, I agree with you, and I guess many competent Thai pilots are up in the sky doing a good job, contrary to some AN members. TBH my reply was only intended to make the other poster happy to end the meaningless argument. -
