Using the LM and sedition laws shows how utterly intolerant of criticism these very small, very weak men are, that they need to hide behind and utilize these laws, to attempt to crush the will and the hopes of the good people of Thailand. Just wait. The army is on it's way out. I do not think we will ever see another coup. Take into account the complete lack of moral authority. It could take awhile, and it could get ugly, though it will never get to the hellish level of Burma, as the Thai parents would never, ever permit that kind of genocidal behavior from their sons. You take out one Thai, and you are forever disowned by this family. That is all it would take to bring about mass defections from the army ranks. That would sure be fun to witness. Are the pompous generals going to put themselves into harms way? Never. They would wet their pants. They do not have it in them, they are overly rich, self entitled cowards.

Whether it was February of this year, or a few years ago, it hardly matters. They are quite obviously unrelated.

Is there any connection, or is this pure speculation? It says he was arrested in February. This guy only went missing less than a week ago. Am I missing something?

Savor every day. Squeeze it for what it is worth. Some of us have very good lives here, and enjoy good health. When it is time, I am ready. Until then? Every day here is a good day. From my point of view, you can't beat early November to mid December. Great weather, rains down south, but for me the storms are enjoyable. Then mid January to late February. Less rain, but air is funkier. Especially in the past couple of years. Avoid anything from Bangkok to the north, after the new year, till early May. Alot of hugely irresponsible and highly disrespectful farmers burning nonstop. Beijing or Delhi air quality here at that time. If you are OK with the heat, from June to October is very nice. Some rain. But, some of us like the storms.

The corruption is at the kind of level, where they don't even feel the need to hide it, or pretend anymore. The Thai army. And the elite. Morally bankrupt. All of them.

I couldn't live on a cruise ship for one week, if it was free, and I had a huge suite. Tried it once. Never again. To each, his own.

I would rather keep cash in a safe, just to spite the banks for being such gangsters. No thanks.

And historically, with the possible exception of Abhisit, there has never been a youthful leader who inspires the kind of hope the nation needs right now. Everything has changed.

They are very obviously doing the bidding of the army, and the elite, and not supporting election results. If that is not corruption, I do not know what is. Also, the timing of this latest stunt smells like very spoiled fish.

If Trump engaged in capitalism I would have no problem with that. It is the robber baron M.O. he engages in, that is the issue. Most of his fortune was made on the hardship of others. He has broken the backs of 1,000s of small contractors, who have had the extremely bad fortune of working with him. Not to mention his working of the system, where he walked away with billions from his multiple bankruptcies. He is not called the Bankruptcy King for nothing.

And Pita has every right to complain about this massively corrupt and partial EC. This latest stunt of theirs demonstrates that. It is bizarre at best, and at worst shows a determination to prevent the youth from having any influence in Thai society. Surely they could have done this earlier, to prevent the interruption of the voting the entire nation has been waiting for, on the 13th. The EC, the toxic, army appointed senators, the army itself, and the elite had better watch out. If they mess with the will of the people this time, all bets are off.

If the EC and the senators keep up their games, an off limit zone will be the least of their worries. How about their homes? How about everyplace they go? What should have been asked of you previously, especially during covid was: 1. How can you demonstrate to us, that you are up for the task of leadership? What have you done for us lately? 2. What are you doing to prove that you can and will protect us? 3. Instead of contact tracing us, how about we trace you, and make sure you are doing your job? How about you report to us daily, and let us know how you are handling and containing this epidemic that happened on your watch? Stop talking, and start working, and doing your jobs. 4. Why did you not prevent this? How did you allow these corrupt officials to let infected people in? Why did you not post 100,000 soldiers on the Burmese border, when infections were spiking there, and low here? What else are these guys doing? I thought they were supposed to serve and protect the nation. What are they doing, on a daily basis? And how are they justified, if they cannot protect us? 5. Why are you not making the vaccines more of a priority? Why isn't the army sacrificing some of its huge budget for the people? Why are you guys choosing the lowest quality vaccine on the planet? 6. What are you planning on offering the people in the way of assistance, so they can survive this disaster you helped create? 7. Can you demonstrate to us why you think Anutin, who has no background whatsoever in the filed of health, is up for the task of tackling this emergency? 8. And why are you shutting down so many businesses, yet you allowed ground zero to remain open to people coming and going since this latest outbreak happened, only closing the province down yesterday? Why such bad decisions, and such extreme incompetence? How do you justify that? How do you explain that? Thousands of cases emanated from Samut province. You knew that would happen. 9. How about a compulsory level of competence and experience, for all future administration appointments to key positions? 10. Why have you been so hard on foreigners, making it so incredibly difficult to fly in, yet so lax on the borders? 11. Why should we allow you to remain in power? What have you done lately to deserve that power? 12. Are you deliberately destroying the tourism industry, in order to rebuild it, without it's nightlife? A purer image, more akin to your fake Quaker image? 13. Why is nobody in a position of power being arrested? Why aren't heads rolling?

The retirement visa is easy to get. If you have enough money in the bank it is inexpensive. If you do not, you pay an agent a fee of 15,000 to 30,000 baht per year, and all is handled for you. My question is why wait? I presume you must still be working and earning money needed to retire? Who knows what the world will be like in 5 years, but for now many of us enjoy very good lives here. Lives we could only dream about back in our native countries.

1. Having a mistress is just dumb. It is far too risky and you run the risk of your wife becoming humiliated and furious. Smart men just hire a gal for short time, if they need that. 2.
