Not silly. The business model for yensabai appears to be to sell condos to investors then rent them out daily/weekly etc. They take a big chunk of the rent for mgmt and tend to fleece the tenants any way they can. Reminds me of those City Garden, City..., etc that I stayed in briefly 10 years ago. Cleaning extra, electric 10baht a unit, etc. I emailed them and inquired about the cleaning cost. They immediately responded saying they do no cleaning and it can be arranged at the desk if needed. They didn't give a price for cleaning. I responded asking again what the price is. Crickets. I'm telling my buddy to cancel his reservation. Thanks @GypsyT for noticing.

Looks like just what he wants. I sent him the link and he booked there. Thanks.

“Squeal like a pig“ is such a great line. Haven't seen that movie in decades and I still use it. “You've got such a pretty mouth“ is another one.

Another comedy. Trailer looked good. Just being released. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt27657135 At 11:30pm on October 11th, 1975, a ferocious troupe of young comedians and writers changed television forever. Find out what happened behind the scenes in the 90 minutes leading up to the first broadcast of Saturday Night Live (1975).

This is too much work. It's been a long time since I've stayed in a hotel. I'm just going to point him to booking.com and tell him to search for something with a kitchenette. Looks like Smyrna fits his needs though at 7 or 8k a week.

Looks like a nice place. I'll send the link my buddy. Heaven forbid I let him stay at my condo. Not enough room for him and any company he may acquire. I didn't see any microwave? Any idea if they have one? Thanks

I've got a visitor coming in a few weeks that needs a room for a couple of weeks. He'll be using grab. Baht bus access would be a plus. Fridge and microwave are needed. Location bright side or maybe Jomtien would be ok. Not a cheap Charlie but not looking for high end.

I don't. Please delay your return as long as possible. -
Shame of my poverty? Haha. I fly business twice a year to N. America. The guy who was behind me who paid 6k (times 2, 1 for car, 1 for bike) stood in the same line I did. No fast track, no special line. 12k for babysitting.

Gee. Last time I renewed I was capable enough to do all that by myself without an agent. Some loser with an agent babysitting him was there behind me in line. I asked how much he paid. 6k was the answer. I laughed and laughed. I believe he was offended. Too bad.

https://edition.cnn.com/2024/11/04/politics/fake-georgia-voting-video-russian-disinformation/index.html An American social media influencer said he was paid $100 by a pro-Kremlin propagandist to post a fake video of Haitian immigrants claiming to vote in the US presidential election. The payment was one of several the man said he received from the propagandist- a registered Russian agent - to post on social media in the run-up to the election. The pro-Trump influencer, who uses the @AlphaFox78 handle on X, is an American man living in Massachusetts, CNN has learned. He agreed to speak to CNN about the posts on condition of anonymity. The account, which has a history of posting right-wing memes in support of former President Donald Trump, was the first to post the now-debunked video that purportedly showed a Haitian immigrant claiming he would vote at least twice in Georgia for Vice President Kamala Harris.

Hahaha. Jim Jordan and Matt Gaetz. Yeah, that will convince me. Hahahaha. -
How can it have reviews if it's not out yet? From the trailer? That said, I saw the trailer a while back and added it on my download list. The movie it's based on with the same name is also good if you haven't seen it.

Jason Miller says it's possible. I guarantee it.

BRIC is a failure. AI Overview (from Google) The BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) has faced several failures, including: Lack of impact: The BRICS has not become a major player in the global economy or diplomacy. Its summits have been frequent, but have not produced any lasting or concrete value. Lack of a clear agenda: The BRICS has not developed a permanent bureaucracy, steering structure, or clear agenda. Failure to create a global reserve currency: The BRICS has not been successful in creating a global reserve currency that would reduce the world's dependence on the U.S. dollar. Disparate paths: The members of the BRICS have taken different paths, which weakens the analytical value of viewing the group as a coherent economic grouping. Lack of coordination: The BRICS has lacked coordination on priority issues. Unequal growth: The BRICS has experienced unequal growth. Low trade integration: The BRICS has low trade integration. Lack of assertiveness: The BRICS has lacked assertiveness in the face of the international order. The BRICS 2024 summit in Kazan was a diplomatic and political success for President Vladimir Putin, but it failed to take any new steps towards de-dollarization -

Sorry. They do have the right to play music louder than you like. There are generally time restrictions where they can't do it after 10pm for example.
