Looking at the photo, I don't think any one of them has had any training with firearms? What I see looks quite dangerous although the weapon is pointed towards the ground.

To ignore or go against the will of the people will have grave consequences, both in the short-term and in the long-term.
How can senators stand in front of the public and claim they know what's best for the country, and voters do not. And that voters wasted their vote for nothing.
'IMO senators should vote present or abstain in upcoming votes for Speaker and PM'
Why? The senators were appointed not elected and the appointee is no longer a part of government, which effectively negates their positions.

Despite the fact that they themselves were never elected by any votes, stollen or legitimate, and owe their tenure in office as senators to the aberration of Democracy by military rule rather than an actual vote by a living, breathing electorate
Which should negate their right to pass judgement. But I guess ignorance is bliss.

A TOTAL bunch of serious losers. I've seen more sense in a junior school playground.
Brains and rocking horses comes to mind.

In 10 years time the UK pensionable age will be 85, and UK inflation 225%. Your pension will be worth -£1750 pw. You'll be paying til you drop.
And if Starmer's lot get in next year you can double all that.

Asking for a friend whose pension is not frozen. Would the DWP become suspicious if it was witnessed in Thailand.
Why would the DWP become suspicious, knowing that you live in Thailand? Its why they require the Life cert.

That sounds like a good idea, the UK are very good at multi language forms for all their l immigrants.

I got a teacher to sign the first one I got from DWP. Copied it to all subsequent requests and have had no problems.
Never let a good idea go to waste.

Think with that need to provide credit card. I don't like doing that for more than 1 reason. One of them is giving companies false hope I will give them money.
I can only say they didn't with me. I might add there was no pressure.

I'll give it a go. I've tinkered with free vpn. Any recommendations on a freebie. Usa vpn on playstore gives an hour and has many usa free servers. The free ones generally have been slow and unreliable. But I'll keep trying.
Try 'TunnelBear' free VPN. I found it quite reliable on the trial period and now have the full package.

I downloaded the app.
I tried to load my information.
It told me that it was unable to verify my passport no.
It told me to go to a branch to get it sorted.
I will do so next week. No doubt the branch will tell me, for the umpteenth time, that they can do nothing.
I have been trying to do this since the new year. I am bored with going to the branches, which are 27 Kms away from where I live.
They are <deleted> useless.
Just a thought, did you open the A/C with a previous Passport? If so, you may find inserting the old passport number will work?

'China expressed its readiness to enhance military cooperation with Thailand in a bid to maintain stability in the region'.
In other words impose its own interpretation of military stability in the region!

They set out one day to buy a computer --- spent a huge amount on an old, outdated, used computer. About a year later, when the shortcomings were obvious even to them, they bought another one, this time new. Then the new one had to go back for various fixes and upgrades, none of which really worked. I was informed the other day, that it's time for a new computer.
Any suggestion that I be consulted before the purchase is always met with the universal response: "you just don't understand Thailand".
I guess I don't.
I think most of us foreigner's do understand Thailand. Its more the disbelief of what we see and hear that can make life a little confusing here.

I've heard there has been discussions of a possible general strike in BKK. To me that sounds the most plausible response to this. If the old farts want to stick around longer, just shut down the country. No one needs to protest in the streets, just stay home. Those dinosaurs will get the message pretty quick.
That would probably be the best move the people all over the country could make. However, who will support those on low wages, no savings, and living hand to mouth?

It all falls to the bottom anyhow with a front loader.... which is what we talk of here!
The Quote was to evenly distribute the load, which is not possible with a domestic front or top loader. Unless one refers to a commercial 200/400lb front loader. Which would then be divided into either two or three pockets. Each pocket would then be loaded with a weighed amount of linen.
And I might add, with a commercial washer the load does NOT all fall to the bottom after the 8 minute spin cycle.

First make sure the leveling feet on the bottom of the washing machine are adjusted so that the washing machine does not rock back and forth when not in operation. If washing machine is brand new, there's a good chance that this has never been done. When the washing machine legs aren't all resting evenly on the floor, the centrifugal movement of the washing machine drum will cause the machine to hop. Also try to make sure the load of laundry is evenly distributed in the washer when you load it.
'Also try to make sure the load of laundry is evenly distributed in the washer when you load it.'... Would only apply if the washer drum was divided into 3 separate pockets.

I just received a letter from UK Pensions , it arrived yesterday , the date on the letter head is the 13th March the post mark on the envelope is the 16th March.
In the first paragraph of the letter it states " I must return the document within 25 days ".
Yeh okay.
I would lay blame squarely at the feet of Royal Mail. With their strikes and lack of any consistency over late Feb/March, any overseas post was severely delayed.
Baht falls to 7-month low as unease grows over chances of Pita Limjaroenrat being elected as PM

If the Baht is plunging due to the political unrest, a few should start looking in the mirror. However, don't rush as the pound is buying more baht for which I am very grateful.
