  1. Not too horrid of a price, as they are about 350,000B in the US.

I started to look at them last visit, but every exhaust clip I have found has made me say "ugh"

I think I will get a M796 or Street Triple R and pick up a project CB350-750 instead, though I have seen some nasty Sportster 883's converted into 1250cc monster cafe racers.

The original exhaust note from Japanese bikes is often a bit boring. But also for this bike there are many after market options.

  2. GSB faces Bt20bn in net withdrawals

    February 17, 2014 5:10 pm

Government Savings Bank on Monday faced net deposit withdrawals worth Bt20 billion.

GSB president and chief executive Worawit Chailimpamontri announced that said at a press conference that clients have withdrawn Bt30 billion following the bank’s planned lending to the rice-pledging scheme.

On the same day, the bank received new deposits worth Bt10 billion.

GSB plans to lend Bt20 billion to the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, which is tasked to repay farmers joining the pledging scheme. It has already extended Bt5 billion to BAAC.

    The Nation

  3. If I remember correctly, Red baron had it for sale at 528k 2 years ago Please correct me if I am wrong. Love this bike. One day I might buy it, not now. I am happy with my current bike and the only bike I will consider now is a 450 enduro. Preferably a KX450R........licklips.gif.pagespeed.ce.v-hsVd-Wpu.gif

  4. I have a feeling Suthep also has a surprise for Chalerm.

For some reason, i do not see Suthep going down so easily

In fact Suthep could just go home. The last few days all courts have basically said that what Chalerm and Tharit have been doing is an abuse of power.

All protestors, leaders and the backers will be free (no further charges).

Next step is going after Chalerm and Tharit. Expect the first cases against them to start soon.

Meanwhile the farmers and the corruption committed by Yingluck and her team are taking care of PT. I expect PT to be dissolved soon and Yingluck in jail or in Dubai.

  5. The people are just now understanding what Suthep is doing to this country.

Suthep wants governors elected like it's done in BKK and not anymore handpicked by the interior minister.

Please explain what people understand. I bet you can't and therefor you are just a troll.

  6. <deleted>? It's legal because if someone gives you money you can do what you want with it.

    It is NOT legal.

I asked my lawyer (who is Thai) today and he said that receiving donations under false pretenses or by deception is considered an offense in Thailand punishable by jail.

If you don't believe me, go ask your lawyer and he'll tell you the same.

And may I remind you that it's not only illegal in Thailand, but also under US and EU law, just as a comparison.

If you believe that it is illegal what Suthep supposed to have done, why is PT not using their police force and submit evidence to the police and the court you think? In other words, start a real case.

  7. Thaksin makes merit in Myanmar

I was watching Sky Blue TV last night and Mr. Suthep spoke to his 'followers' about Mr. Thaksin visiting Burma. Suthep told the small crowd that Thaksin had gone to take park in a "Black Magic Ceremony" to bring bad luck to the PDRC. A very different account than has been portrayed by the Nation.

Who knows what to believe? Therefor I believe what I posted a few posts back! tongue.png

  8. Look Tarit, your job is to uphold the law. These companies and people have either broken the law or they have not, your job is to apply the law, not worry about the effects on the Government, you are supposed to be a neutral employee of the people and which ever Government is in power. So, if they have broken the law then name them, if they have not then what the hell are you doing harassing them?

Boy, what article have you been reading. DSI made a mistake and jumped the gun. Abuse of power and a form of intimidation. Making false statement and slander. Very bad, no one in a democracy would believe in that. You of course create your own truth even though they are lies. Good job! You get the "Red Award" for the day.

GentlemanJim getting the RED award? Are you sure?

  9. Tharit just told the press that the list that was leaked was not 100% correct, only half correct.

He also said that tomorrow he will reveal his list.

Pleeeeeease Tharit DO reveal that list. That will be the beginning of the end. If divided Thailand starts to boycott "each others'" products, Thaksin's clan will also loose a lot, maybe more than anybody else. Thaksin will only have more enemies. Infact, everybody will have more enemies. I can't believe PT is waiting for that.

    Come on Tharit DO IT!!

What will Thaksin clan lose? These people have backed the democrats, pad and now Suthep for decades. They are a huge part of the system that needs reform.

Do you have any idea how many companies in Thailand have links to Thaksin? Do you think they are happy if this boycott game starts?

Let me give you 2 names: AIS and SC assets. If people start to boycott AIS do you think Singapore will be happy? As far as I know Thaksin visits Singapore a lot.

Just believe me that Thaksin doesn't want any boycotts and therefor I strongly believe that he is the one stopping Tharit from publishing it.

  11. BTW did we already get the names of the five foreign leaders of the PDRC ? Didn't the DSI, CAPO or CMPO promise us that info a while ago?

We got the Indian guy so that leave 4

then the 2 French army guys were pictured, but have gone to ground. A canadian was caught working as security on the march,

Still a bit up in the air, but they have got some foreigners already.

Got a lot more Army and Navy involved, and that is starting to really come out into the open this week.

All in all, they picking them off, and the backers will be getting the shi1ts this week as well.

Slowly slowly. Don't want a big arrest with Tear Gas etc or shooting as this pays into PDRC's desperate hands. We've seen from the leaked list what we knew. Some big business in the Asoke Central area are backing.... BUT. oh happy day, are now seeing their business start to tank!!

Singha were so worried that they made one of their clan change her name, so the pressure does pile on and it does work.

Hey Pippy Longstocking, did you see the company list on the other papers site? I doubt very many of those will be getting the shits - perhaps the other way round because it's gone public. You think bev company 1 and 2 in there are worried? Really?

They would be of Heineken, or tiger came up with an anti yellow pro ptp marketing own for a few months. If half the country boycotts their product, that would surely get their attention.

You mean Thaksin supporters boycotting products from the mentioned companies?

  12. Who should be responsible for the government’s failure on overdue payments?

The highest percentage of 35.92 named the caretaker prime minister, followed by the Cabinet at 32.33 per cent, the commerce minister at 16.58 per cent, the anti-government People’s Democratic Reform Committee at 9.85 per cent,

There will always be people with lower mental capabilities, in the Thai society.

Was that before or after Red Shirt Uber-Leader Dr. Weng told "his" red shirts that Suthep is to blame for the delay in payments?

  13. You really think that the Shin clan cares about transparency? They were just trying to wipe out a few more checks and balance mechanisms before the protest started. Secret rice deals keep the Shins alive.

Telling the Shins to be transparent is a waste of time. Only a court or coup can stop their corrupt machine. The country keeps on loosing spots on the global corruption index since Yingluck started shopping.

    First we had this:

Then a year or so later we have Thaksin "negotiating" multi billion Dollar deals on behalf of the Thai government:

  14. State of emergency costing millions of baht a day

NO, Suthep is costing the country millions a day and even a lot more !

    What a crap story.

The only reason Yingluck has declared an SOE is because it gives them even more power to "abuse". That is the only reason. The protestors are not violent. They are not the reason we have a SOE. TAT, other tourist organizations and human right watch never agreed with it. Basically no business organization that relies on foreigners' income agrees with it.

Please give me other reasons if you don't agree.
