    I still have no real idea what triggers mine but since ive upped my watrr intake to 2 litres a day i have been gout free last few month with Zyloric 100mg Stock cubes and gravy are loaded with purines that may lead to uric acid build up so no mince pies for me either

    A bad knee lots of pain medication killed my gut then antibiotics for a week didnt help but i plodded on for 3 yrars until i decided to try apple cider vinegar and it helped restore my gut Buy the good stuff add maluka honey and dilute till its easy to drink dont try strong mixes as it will burn your throat I take 1/2 a class shot as soon as i wake up every day its been 4 weeks now feel real good

    Dont buy any online as most are copy i was Shick twin user until they became harder to buy I found the BIC disposable twin perfect and get 4 weeks out of one

    Anyone thinking of buying one ..Buy xl 2 tray ones are not xl they are just 2 small ones Im on my 3rd and now have a Phillips xl 6.2 litre my other are at my mums and sons Xl is bettrr for a good plate of chips 2 pork chops 2 nice cod fillets or 10 wings I never cook steak in them as ive never got it right and steak here its to expensive to cok up

    On my second one Buy big thats why im on my second one I have a Phillips XL now fits 2 pork chops real easy i think its 6.5 or 7 litre My Son and Mum both have big fryers after my mistake
