  1. I like the Ioniq 5 - it's a cool looking car. But that is expensive for the spec! Wonder if we'll get the 641 bhp Ioniq N............with fake gear changes and noises (the reviewer actually likes them)
  2. There should be an "absolutely not in a million years" option. Pay to watch the same bored old faces bickering about the same inane nonsense day in day out? Seriously.... There are maybe two threads of interest here with useful info: EV Vehicles in Thailand and the long standing Skytrain information thread. (Perhaps some others in health or visa forums, not sure)
  3. I went on it today. Circumstantial but it definitely feels smoother than the yellow line. Not smooth, it is still bumpy, but seems less so. Also seems the pink line trains run a little bit faster. Could be in my head as they were both built by the same people so ti wouldn't make sense that they would be any different, but that's how it felt (and I went on both pink and yellow today).
  4. Oh my, this is hilarious. So he didn't call out the white paedophiles in his organisation because he knew they were white and the left wing police would take care of it because they hate white people???? What an absolutely deluded fanboy statement of the highest order. I have never read anything so ridiculous. Good old Tommy protecting the children!
  5. Let's start with his grandstanding about the Muslim paedophile ring because, you know, he cares about the children. Police were already on top of it and he risked jeapordising the trial by his actions which could have meant they would go free or, at least, having a re-trial. He was convicted of comtempt of court for it. If he truly cared he would not have put the trial at risk - especially as he had been warned about it - but then again his fund raising was doing quite nicely. Or how about Yaxley Lennon defending paedophile friends and people in his organisation? At least 20 members and supporters of the EDL were convicted of child sexual offences. Why didn't he clean his organisation? Oh wait but he couldn't be expected to know what every single person was up to right? Fair point. But what about his friend Richard Price - co-founder of the EDL. When he was arrested for child pornography did Yaxley Lennon lead people on the streets? Did he condemn his vile act? No, he publically supported him saying he was "stitched up" and has "no idea" how the pictures came to be on his personal computer. That, my friend, is the definition of a hypocrite. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/hypocrite Paedopjiles only bother him when they are brown. White ones are ok.
  6. Just clicked like on your post and got a full page ad. And that was after clicking on my notifications and getting a full page ad. It really is overbearing - it has to be the most advertising filled website on the internet. It is becoming unbearable. All sites need to make money to provide their service for free but this place just milks it to a ridiculous level and doesn't care a bit about the user experience.
  7. Yeah, this is one thing his supporters overlook when they say he is an anti paedophile saviour. Yaxley Lennon is a crook, a thug and a hypocrite. That is non debatable.
  8. Finally, we hear from someone who was there! Thanks for sharing what you witnessed.
  9. Thanks, I guess the bumpiness is to be expected then.
  10. What a miserable person you are.
  11. I don't like Pattaya generally and think it is a turd hole, but there are lots of great things for kids and some great resorts for kids. Centara Grand Mirage is superb, the new Space hotel looks superb, Hard Rock as previously mentioned is great for families, the Amari is great for kids. The water parks - Ramayana and Aquaverse - are superb. Beaches are horrible, Walking Street is horrible, but lots of great family resorts that you can spend a long weekend at and not need to leave.
  12. Obviously never been. It's a great resort for kids. They have lots of pool activities and games during the day for kids. They have a foam party for kids on a Saturday afternoon. You have no idea what you're talking about.
  13. If you look at the pictures, the concrete did not in any way collapse. After they pulled the truck out they put the panels right back, intact. They did dislodge yes, but the concrete held. It still shouldn't have happened, obviously.
  14. Do you know if it is just as bumpy as the yellow line? Not complaining, I like the yellow line, but it is very bumpy - thought it would be much smoother. Not sure if that is common with these systems or if the beams are less smooth than they should be.
  15. I guess the "farang price" for having that massive chip on your shoulder removed was also too high. Seriously, what a pathetic post. Poor you.
  16. Unbelievable choice we have in the market these days. It's hard to make a decision because new models are coming all the time.
  17. "Telling someone that you have to get up for work in the morning is not a “no!” That is not asking a question.
  18. ....you mean the reality that you just made up in your own head, right.
  19. They are all back in place again today so it works somehow (except when it didn't).
  20. Thank you Neeray, you're welcome. And yes, they did a really fantastic job - I was impressed.
  21. Wow, I actually agree with a Thaibeachlovers post, never thought that would happen. She is vile and disgusting, and good on the Met for not bowing.
  22. It also makes me wonder how they are usually supported. Four squares covering a giant hole with no support in the middle. If we had rectangular pieces covering the hole that makes sense, but squares that meet in the middle with no support underneath?. How does that work?
  23. I was there earlier after work as I work on soi 64. Went for dinner and the truck was still stuck, came back from dinner and it was out but the four plates were still in place and I was wondering how they could remove any without them all collapsing. But I stayed there and watched and they did a really fantastic job. One crane attached cables to the corners of three slabs and held them while a second crane removed the forth slab. Then they did the next one - started lifting then someone scrambled (wearing a safety harness) to disconnect crane number one from the third slab. etc etc. You can see him on the timelapse video, I wouldn't have fancied that job. I have to say it was well done. I also have to say it's a really deep massive hole filled with water so that truck is lucky it didn't fall in. 721141630.850302.mp4 721141447.448843.mp4
