I guess some of you have seen the video Street Smart by now, so it would be nice to have some feed back from all of you :jap:
-
Have some pretty nice road`s in Norway as well
-
Cheers to both of you, we also wish that the thai bikers will have something to learn from this video.
Just return back to my house after a 2 hour ride up here i Khon Kaen, and it really makes me wonder how I can come back home in one piece sometimes, most of them have no clue about using the mirrors or wait for let people go.
Overtaking also seems to be popular with the thai`s, and they don`t give a f... about if they see you come or not, flash the headlight and everything is ok...

Where's the oil coming from???
From the engine...
Are you sure? The OP doesn't seem to know where the oil is coming from...
Noticed a oil leak about 2 inches (5 CM) when I parked.Figured it was from oil on the chain.
55555... No, I`m not sure

I have my Vulcan 900 Custom 2010 for sale her on TV. But to be honest, I think I just keep it.
Why? Because I just love it.
After I put the new rear OD pully (lower`s the RPM) and the new tires on it, it became a much better ride. The stock is just great too.
This it what I have put on my bike in the last few month`s, all imported parts from the US.
New Cobra Swept exhaust (search on Youtube), Baron Big Air Kit, Fi2000 Fuel Tuner, LED tail lights with clear glass, new Pirelli Night Dragon tires (200x80x15 rear and 90x21 front) and rear Scootworks overdrive pulley and the original light bar in the front.

Falcon was cheaper on the Er6, but the other company was cheaper on the Vulcan 900 and the Ninjette.
Cheers.
What company for the Vulcan TimThai? And how much was it?

Its fair to say my RR eats any BM.
But not my MU-7
..... Why? It`s too BIG
-
Wow, what a thread this one is!
Congrats on the new car dagling - I'm sure you'll love it
Ran my new MU-7 today (200 miles) and is very pleased. Comfortable, quiet and powerful. Recommend anyone who is skeptical about the MU-7 to test drive the new model. The car has the newly developed 3.0-liter DOHC 16-valve 4JJ1-TC common rail engine. A new ABS system and brakes.
Running around with a big smile ...
Everyone must be allowed to their opinion about the design, I like it. But to spew all kinds of crap about the MU-7 without having test driven the car I think is too bad.
As I said, very happy.

[quote And leave the Moo 7 to those that are trying desperately to prove that they are "real men" -- put something really big between your legs, drive a MU7.....
What a wanke_r

Ohh Dagling, we beat you 2- nil in football last night
Ups off topic sorry but I couldn't help myself.
Yeah you did
How cares
-
Isuzu by the way is a World Looser with its Clacker Diesels at the moment ..
That`s funny, I did not notis more "Clacker" noise from the MU-7 than in my 2009 Vigo. Have you ever test drive the new MU-7?
-
Unusual choice, widely considered the worst of the suv bunch.Did you not look at the Pajero Sport? they can be found in stock in BKK. Good luck with your new truck
Why is it the worst of the SUV "bunch"? Because of it`s design?
I love the design...
You certainly ain't about to save the planet!
Why not?

Lol @ the chrome on the handle..
It`s not my car on that photo;-)

A Moo 7, I guess it was just not your lucky day. Had you been lucky, you would have driven right by the Isuzu dealer, and avoided what has to be the biggest, ugliest piece of cr@p on the roads of Thailand. In a year, I haven't see more than one on the road, and for good reason, I think. Perhaps you have a wife and 12 kids or are a platoon leader and need to carry around 14 or more people on a regular basis. Nothing else could justify owning a bus like that. Now that you own it, good luck trying to park it. Hopefully, you'll be luckier/smarter on you next transport purchase.
Why is it crap? Because you don`t fancy the design? I like big cars, and Isuzu is a world leader when it comes to diesel engine.
They have also proven over many decades that makes them robust and reliable cars. Why is Isuzu as much in Thailand? Because it makes crap cars?
No, I do not have 12 kids, nor do I need to carry 14 people. What I need is a robust and spacious vehicle.
I have test driven the car, what about you? Have no problem to park a car in this size, I have both driven bus and trailer in Norway.
For my part, it has good turning radius, comfortable, good equipment and cheep in diesel to be such a big and heavy car. Good torque and manages 0 to 100 km / h in under 10 sec.
I personally like the design of my new MU-7;-)))

My new white Isuzu MU7 Choize (top model) year 2012, will be delivered to me tomorrow;-)
Ordered white color and with a nice black interior. Sold my 2009 Toyota Hilux Vigo 4x4 (top model) and a replacement of the same model from Toyota, but after that deadline passed out when I could get this over 2 weeks, I went sick.
Random as I drove past a Isuzu dealer in Roi A few days ago and saw my new MU-7.
I have always had Toyota down here in Thailand, so maybe time to try a new brand. Was surprised at how comfortable and quiet the new model of the MU-7 is.
Some thoughts on the new MU-7??

I have just bought the 2012 MU-7. Will this race-chip from www.race-chip.com fit my car (motor)?
Sorry to ask, but I am a noob about this :jap:

Khon Kaen Bike Week 2011 (2554) - Thailand.
Wannabemc.com also participated this year in Khon Kaen Bike Week up in Isaan (north-east) of Thailand. Participants from all over Thailand, but mainly from the northern part of the country. Despite the fact that we are now in the worst rainy season, we were lucky with the weather. Letter clouds and sunshine made the day successful.
-
Anyone up for the KK Bike Week tomorrow? Hopefully it will better than the last 2 years
-
Umm.....not mine. I have a ER6F but its basically the same bike. I put 8000km in 8 months and rode it pretty hard and never had an issue.
No signs of oils leaks?
Well, I`m going from a cruiser (Vulcan 900) over to a total different type of bike. Before the Vulcan I use to ride a Yamaha Roadstar 1600. Have no experience from a sportsbike before, and want to ask you if you think a ER-6N could be the right bike for me? I`m 182 and about 90 kg.
As I am used to the upright sitting position from the cruiser, I think the ER-6N will suite me better than a Ninja 650?
Any advise welcome.
-
Talked with a guy who claims that Kawaski ER-6N has had much trouble with the engine (oil leaks) and poor quality throughout the cycle and that he would not have had an ER-6N if he got it for free.
That`s way there is so many second hand for sale he claims, they get rid of them after a few month`s
Some opinions about this is true? Was going to look into ER-6N `nine Korat for the weekend, but it is about. 3 hours drive from Khon Kaen.
Would appreciate help from someone who has experience with the Kawasaki ER-6N, for better or worse.
Thank you in advance for your help. :jap:

i WOULD JUST GO FOR A DRIVE/ RIDE AROUND THE CITY. They are everywhere now.
