  1. You will get a very modest house for that in the Pratumnak and Jomtien areas . Can you up it B25 ? :whistling:

Look in Pattaya Trader to see and get an idea of whats advailable .

    That`s a joke, right?

As I say earlier, I`m not that known around in Pattaya so any help will be good.

  2. I am not so well known in Pattaya, but are planning to move down there. Of course, I stayed down there for short periods.

I've been living up in Isaan few years, and have probably realized that there is little that can be provided with entertainment and attractions.

I are recorded a number of places in Thailand, my criteria is the sea (not necessarily great beach, then I'm not a beach person), green and lush all (most of) the year, pleasant climate (well, in relation to the deadly heat in Isaan)

I want to find a house in the price range 8-15 million baht, at the sea side of Sukhumwith Road.

    So my question would be:

Where in Pattaya you will find an attractive house / village in a quiet, yet central where you can use the bath taxi into town one night?

Location is important, when the house must be attractive on the market if I want to sell.

As I said, I'm not so well known in the Pattaya area, so hope you can advise me some names of areas as described above in my quest for new housing in Pattaya on the internet network.

  4. Picked up the new Vulcan today... Couldn't believe how nimble it was in the city traffic. With the rake on the front forks, it actually seems to be easier than the Ninja to get around the stationery cars at the lights, and only a little wider in clearance. Only took it back to the office then home, but very impressed!

Congratulations, yes it's a great bike you've got yourself. No doubt. 'm Sure you will get many great mil on that bike. Ride on. B)

  5. I had one when I lived in Beijing and its best bike I ever owned. I see a guy here claiming to import them! but I would not believe him. If anyone is serious about buying one, I can put you in touch with the best dealers in Beijing. I do not get anything for this, but having lived there for a few years I know the good from the bad.

Only problem is that the nice thai government will charge you 150% import tax (I`m not kidding ). Search the Google.
