  1. trump + usa + israel = the dream team of 2025 ...
  2. yes, that is correct ... the new deadline online filing is the 8 april ..
  3. i would think so... if enough people complain about byd's pricing reduction, it's quite possible that you could receive some form of compensation. last year, byd had to offer some very unhappy customers "free charging" for a certain period to address their concerns. good luck!
  4. you are absolutly right ... but to be more precise, every thai person in a higher position is corrupt, and it only gets worse the higher you go, and also all very wealthy people are corrupt ... corruption is the driving force that keeps thailand running ... the corruption allows the rich to keep getting richer while the poor remain poor ...
  5. obviously, you are the "No one" .... it's probably too much to ask for you to back up your dumb, shallow claims with evidence and facts ...
  6. ... there must be more to this strange story ... can your neighbour show you any prove for this claim?
  7. thanks for your post ... that's good news for you. my home banks seem to be much stricter in their interpretations... over the past 20 years, i've already been forced by 3 banks (even as a long-time customer) to close my accounts because my tax residence is in thailand ...!!! everyone's situation is a bit different, and each person has to find the right solution for themselves ...
  8. for my daughter and wife (both holding thai passports), after just 4 days (early january), the withholding tax was directly transferred to their prompt pay bank account! my case this year was a bit more complicated, i had to submit additional documents. after clearing up the uncertainties, it took about 10 days until i received the check in the post mail ... (btw, we've all been doing tax refunds for over 10 years ... and this for a good reason )
  9. the tax situation of each individual is different. the tax regulations specify the income threshold at which a tax declaration must be filed. up until today, i haven't seen any written instructions from the trd stating that if no taxes are due, a tax declaration doesn't need to be submitted. there are many reports, that a tax office employee verbally told that no tax declaration is required, but a requests for written confirmation were denied ... everyone must decide for themselves what to do ...
  10. after my tax return was reviewed by the tax office and declared correct and complete ... ! (i have also received and already redeemed the withholding tax check ... ) you can download this "tax confirmation" for this tax year via the online portal ...
  11. thanks for your report ... - for all my thai bank accounts, 15% withholding tax is deducted from the interest, so i have the right to claim it back. but i am also aware that in some cases, interest (for amounts below 20k?) is paid out without the 15% being deducted ... - my home banks (in the EU) have asked me to provide a TIN... to continue using my accounts, having a TIN is mandatory!
  12. thanks, i’m aware of this, and it’s not a problem for me. the battery should be charged from below 10% to 100% with ac charging, if i’m not mistaken about every three months! or you’ll be prompted on the display to do so. since i have an 11kw home charger, it’s done overnight in around seven hours ...
  13. i like that "the run of no tax paid continues" ... but in return, you get peace of mind knowing you follow the law, rules, and regulations. you get a receipt, and for some of us, a nice bit of pocket money from the returning withholding tax ....
  14. i prefer LFP batteries over NMC batteries for several reasons: they offer greater safety, perform better in hot climates, have a longer lifespan with more charge cycles, can be charged up to 100% without issues, contain no cobalt, and are more cost-effective ... my electric car has an 82.5 kwh LFP battery. at home, i usually charge it from around 15% to 60-70%. however, once a month, i take a longer round trip of 430+ km, so i charge the car to 100%. to be fair, i've only been driving electric for two months, so my charging strategy might still change in the future ... 555
  15. eg. these stamps are used to "legalize" a contract. you can buy them at the tax office .... i believe the staff had good intentions ... 555
  16. yes, this allowances are per tax year / per person.
  17. but as fare as i know NMC battery, which would be a no go for me ...
  18. please tell me where did I claim it ...
  19. says who? do you have that in writing from the TRD? no, of course not! what we do have is an official document from the TRD that clearly explains who is required to file a tax return. that is a fact. everything else is simply not a fact!
  20. thanks for your reply .... i bought the byd sealion 7 awd at the discount price (motor expo) few months ago ... the sl 7 ticks nearly everything i was looking for ...
  21. what a load of nonsense... the air in chiang mai has been unhealthy since the beginning of the year ...
  22. my brother loved to sun bathing a lot, we told him that couldn't be healthy ... it didn't concern him. he got an aggressive skin cancer and dead with 50 ...
  23. what about the unhealthy air pollution ... vaping is a personal choice, breathing unhealthy air is not ... and it affects everyone ...
