Will hold up in court better than a foreign issue in case of an accident.

Give Albert a call if quality is what you are after at a very reasonable price. The quality is the best we have had done on the whole house. And friendly and flexible too. Very refreshing here compared to the usual carry on.
Our gutters are in their 2nd year and haven't altered in any way, still looks like they were installed yesterday. Works great in heavy downpours with the drainage we had put in.

Subject, Page 1: "Promenada - The beginning of the end?"
Page 13 - talking about the toilets in the ladies lingerie department at Kad San Kueaw!
Thai Visa posters, ya gotta love 'em!
Maybe we could just do away with specific topics and titles because all discussions are always fairly general about one of the following topics. Could just pre-create 10 topics for that and pin them. Much easier.
1. Thread one: Burgers, Pizza, Burritos, Full English breakfasts and other food that I can eat.
2. Thread two: Shopping, Malls and rampant consumerism.
3. Thread three: Nightlife, and why it sucks.
4. Thread four: Where do I find this obscure product X that's readily available in my home country. Also, tell me where I should live.
5. Thread five: Let me rant on what just happened to me! (Because that's clearly better than just talking with the person or shop involved.)
6. Thread six: Traffic, city development, and why it's all going to heck.
7: Thread seven: Tourism, and how the only tourists who matter are from countries similar to mine.
8 Thread eight: Seasonal whines: Hot, cold, wet, Gonzo's River Watch, smog, songkran: whine about it here.
9 Thread nine: Other whines: prices going up, my internet sucks, police, "why do Thais ...", Truevision re-arranged my channels, the sun persisting to set in the West, etc.
10 Thread ten: Government stuff. Tell me how to get a driver's license, 90 day extension, yellow book, blue book, pink book with polkadots, etc.
Then most current events, crime and stuff would be in the News & Events sub forum.
And for anything else people could start a topic, but I bet that wouldn't be too many.
Then there would be nothing whatsoever to post about...

Thai news is reporting that the families of the deceased have declined 500K baht each in compensation in exchange for not pressing charges. They did receive a smaller insurance payout from the driver's Po Ro Bo coverage. Looks like they will be demanding justice and/or more substamtial compensation.
Hopefully the families will get justice. And hopefully this irresponsible girl who ruined many people's lives will rot in prison for the full 10 year term.
10 years for each life lost is more closer to the mark. Even that's being lenient.

Drunk at 630am? Maybe she had a medical problem, like diabetes. This is tragic, but get the details before trying and executing her in the court of public opinion.
Yes. Suppose "medical problem" could be an answer. However, the Inspector Clouseau inside me leads me to suggest the possibility of drinking all night then departure from somewhere like Spicy or Lucky Bar at six in the morning being a slightly more likely scenario.
Theres a strange irony isnt there, that allegedly the reason Spicy and Lucky Bar are permitted to stay open all night is because they might be owned by police officers, and then when customers drive home after drinking all night, its probably more junior police officers who have to deal with the consequences!
Think about it !
All over the road like a drunken maniac at 6 in the morning because she might be a diabetic? The mind boggles. I do like your attitude of trying to see it from another angle but thats just borderline delusional.

patient.. yes (mainly), competent... not even close.

Looks nice,
My problem with ''Food Courts'' here i just wish there was some that had '''Healthy Options'' , as in, Less Sugar and Less Salt... , and even if they do have a Salad bar, its very very Basic...
Oh well maybe one day.....
Exactly. And a proper juice bar for refreshments. Not fruit only juice bar either. Perhaps one day like you say.

Quality table & chairs, oh wait oil drums and straw bales..... my mind boggles at the (lack of) comfort factor ...
Just in time for tick season, how clever.

I hope they string her up on the gallows for this.
Just terrible news indeed.
Read that her blood alcohol level was 67.
That's not even over the limit in many countries including Malaysia, Singapore and the USA.
It's not like she was completely wasted.
Just that Thailand has a relatively strict limit, combined with really lax enforcement.
That doesn't make it any better. Pissed or not what was she doing driving like that?

Read the previous posts. All the info you need is in there.

Where is the new campus? The old one is right next to the airport. I would move 5-10 minutes south of there noise wise. Search the real estate classifieds for Hang Dong / Nong Kwai.

Late April fools post?

Just cook your food properly. The traces of whatever was left on there will be gone and you can carry on enjoying your life.
Complain to the management and it will probably result in much worse things being done to your meat in the future.

OP the problem with your idea is you are applying (quite rightly) something called logic.
And sadly until logic becomes part of the culture Thailand will never move foreward.
A full DNA rewiring is needed to reboot this lot. Don't hold your breath (unless its in the thick of the smog).

I drove the Trailblazer for a test drive (weekend). At the end I chose a FORTUNER. Trailblazer uncomfortable seats, loud, hard
I test drove one today and its far more comfortable than my Fortuner.
The only issue is a few warnings i have got about it.
Anyone else heard anything like this about it?

Here's a few reasons. http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-5875/15-Reasons-to-Use-Apple-Cider-Vinegar-Every-Day.html
Boosting the metabolism is the main reason. And with a tablespoon of Manuka honey its almost "Manna".
The price of Braggs and good Manuka, it should be manna even if only in the mind.
Its funny folks cringe when you spend say 50 bucks on health food products that can last months but think nothing of blowing the same about on a few bottles of plonk and a 2 day hangover. The mind boggles.

Used to have good pork knuckle and pilsner on tap. Owner was a prat though.

I'm not talking about merely annoying behavior. I mean idiotic and dangerous.. Walking across busy intersections without a clue of what is going on. It really is mind boggling.
Have to agree. They are a few sandwiches short of a picnic regarding road sense for sure.

Don't get hooked on these tablets they are very addictive and are worse than trying to get off heroine and Prozac at once, as they are an Opiod and SSRI in one tablet.
Couldn't agree more. Get on a juice detox for a week or more and throw away all that garbage.
