Thats not me I'm English at 65 I was riding all over Thailand on my Versys 650. Nice bike but lacked in speed for what I like in acceleration. My Blade old but a great bike and 255 on nice roads is my limit these days. -

Been riding all my life from 4 yr. Was doing track days and racing up to 57 yr old until I came to Thailand. I will keep riding as long as I am physically possible to do so. I'm 75 this year and still looking forward to riding my supersport bike at 85. -
Electrical Problem - Royal Enfield Interceptor 650
Kwasaki replied to dinga's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
R/R's are easily tested on a simple multimeter can't see what the shop you take your bike to has much of a problem. There's many aftermarket Reg/Rec available to order that are far superior to OEM ones. On my old Honda R/R's were weak I replaced my buying from a RR shop in UK. -

Well hope he listens to you, its hard to get through to some non-mechanical DIY people. -
Zebra crossings have flashing amber Belisha Beacons and are not the same set up as the original crossing started in UK. The nearest thing that associates them to a UK crossing is what Thais call them " Zebra Path ".

Only foreignes call em Zebra crossings they are not called that in Thai.

Crash helmet is too tight around the jaw...
Kwasaki replied to MaiDong's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
As far as I know is only me that wears a helmet in our family unless they go to the main town and they wear all sorts of rubbish helmets. You canonly try different makes and maybe get lucky as said high expensive helmets do different shapes and sizes. My HS2 helmet from a Honda shop fits perfect but I still needed to pad some more in places. -

Yeah my HC2 helmet fits my bonce great but not enough padding in the front side chin areas so 1 spongy washing up pad each side under lining does the trick. -

Well either find a way to remove the foam padding to suit and re-tailor the lining in place or go search for different helmet make. -
Roojai Bike Insurance Premium Increase.

Dunno where you insure I'm with Roojai and pay 8,500 baht a year by an arranged 10 monthly instalments plan which includes CTPL. I volunteer a 10,000 baht excess payment if it's my fault. My truck is covered for 495,000 baht. -

Maybe because the car is valued less than his bike whatever it is. -
