  1. I'll just say check the shower they are never earthed in most cases by Thais super expert electricians.????
  2. You couldn't of driven maybe a later Mazda 3 then far superior.
  3. Yeah its a case of what y'all like if I was going for a little car the reason I like it because I've driven one and I was very impressed.
  4. Ordinarily one wouldn't do that you get the failure of the engine fixed or have it reconditioned.
  5. Yeah I reckon the metal is isolated from electric power in design. Our fridge has a 2 pin plug but I connected and earth wire to the metal area at the back and connected it to an earthrod. Just thought better than nowt.
  6. Not as much to get sorted these days as buying another truck. That said I did go manual gearbox when I bought another truck but to save 40,000 although I would of still kept my auto Vigo if the situation had of been different at the time.
  7. What I did is earth appliances that needed earth. Put safety T cut. I put earthrod and wire for washing machine and fridge. The showers I earthed to the house steel framework and safety switches. Most stuff don't need earth.
  8. Your truck wasn't a workhorse I don't think OP's truck is either. Your motor would of lastest you 30 years or more having seen it was like when you sold it. There's many Toyota's in our village the one before the Vigo that are neglected and some that get looked after and are like new. Todays wheels if look after and kept will be a lot cheaper than changing motors if people want to do it, I will certainly not be changing my truck.
  9. Sukhothai was 240 a couple of mornings ago. Hope the recent rain helps.
  10. White 18ct gold has been use for years in UK for setting diamonds in engagement rings combind with 22ct yellow gold. White 18ct gold claws are harder wearing something as to hold the diamond in place. A white gold diamond setting can be set in 9ct gold ring designs as well if savings are to be made. My wife prefers the darker yellow gold here which she calls old gold. I guess machines are handy these days we always used acids and an eye glass.
  11. I wouldn't get into that situation all know is a lesson learnt so take care.
  12. If I had address I would get a taxi to where the place is.
  13. Yeah sure but horses month best as it is very important for your future, so good luck and get it sorted.
  14. Ask Toyota. There's company's in Bangkok that do work on old engines that's the places to use to get the engine reconditioned that's if it ever will need it. 152kilos for a Toyota engine is nowt.
  15. What the thread about is 18ct gold it is made in Thailand it is recommended to Thailand people for rings and certain jewelry settings. When a goldshop buys it they don't sell it secondhand it is melting down and put with other bought 18ct gold to make new rings or jewelry. Instead of assuming what you think goes on with Gold in the Thai gold industries and Thai people's experience get the facts.
  16. There's a lot of silly words about these "Do I really look like I give a monkies " is what remember in the past. ????
  17. Nothing heavy in Sukhothai steady rain for sometime, then on and off, right now 9.30am drissle.
